I'm amazed at the change in appearance after some of these procedures. That's really great that they have this. If I were a woman I can imagine this being a point of insecurity and perhaps frustration. Though I wonder. The doctor said that he "divides the ducts" does that mean you can't breastfeed after this operation or are there other complications like that? Pardon my ignorance, just curious.

As a doctor, it is always soooo annoying2 me when people type out complete nonsense that they just made up & actually think they sound smart while they're doin it! A nipple being inverted, has absolutely nothing to do with sensation. That's the nervous system, this is a completely cosmetic surgery. If anything, this may leave the woman with decreased sensation afterwards, as their is a risk of nerve damage from it.
