@sameenic Not very. Latin ballroom Mambo moved away from the original Cuban mambo, (which has a much less exaggerated hip movement). I understand that Cuban mambo can only really be found in Cuba - you'll find a very nice demonstration if you search for "cuban mambo conjunto folklorico nacional"
If you didn't learn how to dance watching this video, you never learn dancing MAMBO.
