@funnykid4321 They have inmproved A LOT over the last couple years.. I'm happy with them now. Back when I first had them 2003-2005 their reception was the worst. Even MetroPCS had service in spots where T-Mobile had only 1 bar outside. Just recently came back to T-Mobile 2 months ago today with the MyTouch 4G!

I have tmobile unlimited. And I never had sprint, metro, or verison. Although my sister has metro but, its crap... Butttttt... I hear verison is great. I also hear that sprint has horrible costumer service.
I've been with them for 3 years and am due for an upgrade. Whenever I try to get it they keep saying that im not due for one and that I have to pay full price for the phone I want rather than a discounted price!! Its even more annoying when they put you on hold to "solve the problem" I dont even think their doing anything over there...probably playing solitaire and watching netflix. I got one for you. I just got a letter from attorney to pay a bill from t-mobile for 72.00 from 2004!!!!!!!!!! WTF!!!!!!!!! I canceled there service six years ago and paid them in full mainly because there service sucked!!!! Oh almost forgot one of there soul sister telephone operators called me a liar when I told her I did not have service at my home!!!! Apparently her map said I had service which is the last word. My blackberry 8100 showed I had an option to add internet, so I added it to my service, and they were charging me for it. I couldn't get it to work, called support, and they admitted that internet can't work on my phone, but they were happy to charge me anyway.

Everything we tell you, is what WE see in our systems! Nothing we tell you is bullshit... we have to go by certain policies which most carriers have the same policies. The FCC for fuck sakes for example SPECIFICALLY states it takes 6-10 business days to transfer a wireline number, thats almost EVERY provider in the United States with the exception of Comcast which is 24 hours... If we run into a delay.. we dont have fun and say, oh i think ill fuck up a customers account unpupose..YOUR FIRED!
Now we might not be the #1 period in the U.S (we are like 2nd or 3rd to Verizon and i believe Sprint. Still not bad! In your vzon contract it says that they can add as much as 46% to the bill in their own made up fees called surcharges... I've had them all and im most satisfied in NYC with Tmobile...
Yeah but in NYC you probably have great coverage their and always have service. Im stuck going to college in a small little hick town in the middle of nowhere and I never have sevrice, but everyone else I know who has something other than T-mobil usually does. Also, some people call me and it doesn't ring and I'll get a voicemail. And sometimes texts I sent out get delayed for sometimes a day !

I'm a T-Mobile rep who works in the Number Transfer Center Wireline department... and i use to work in Activations... on some parts i do agree we suck in some ways... try doing these things: Press the Menu key and the L key at the same time for about 5 seconds... have you had it reboot through Customer Care? tried taking your battery out and putting it back in? before complaining get it troubleshooted... we will ALWAYS and i repeat ALWAYS will find a way to get it to work for you!
T-mobile does completely suck. My father is on my account and they tried to charge him $869 for "roaming calls" he supposedly made during a freaking week when he was in the hospital. His phone was with me and wasn't even used the whole time. They wouldn't even listen to our protests of the charges. We left. They can eat the fees. I'm not paying another dime to this crap company. and oh yes their coverage does suck.

Get on CNet...and Google and do some foot work before spending your money.
My Samsung T519 Trace does that when I call voice mail sometimes. And it freezes up when I try to hang up ALOT! Thats why im getting a multiple exchange for a Motorola KRZR K1 for FREE! YAY! and I dont even have insurance! but I have had 4 other phones with tmobile and none of them had those problems except for my 2 samsungs. but coverage is GREAT in my area!

I was told I had 400 text for $5.00 But I got a Bill for $56.00 for my International TEXT! They never told me that! I was told I had a 1 year contract. I moved to China and told them I could longer use the service. They told me I had 1 year of a 2 year contract remaining. I was told if I move to another country I could stop service if I sent Documents showing I was living in China. I sent Rent receipts. Internet Contracts. ETC. Bastards Said it was not enough. Asses took $200 from my account!

I got one for you. I just got a letter from attorney to pay a bill from t-mobile for 72.00 from 2004!!!!!!!!!! WTF!!!!!!!!! I canceled there service six years ago and paid them in full mainly because there service sucked!!!! Oh almost forgot one of there soul sister telephone operators called me a liar when I told her I did not have service at my home!!!! Apparently her map said I had service which is the last word. I hate T-Mobile. They have this attitude that the customers are low-class lackeys who deserve to be treated like crap. My blackberry 8100 showed I had an option to add internet, so I added it to my service, and they were charging me for it. I couldn't get it to work, called support, and they admitted that internet can't work on my phone, but they were happy to charge me anyway.

Everything we tell you, is what WE see in our systems! Nothing we tell you is bullshit... we have to go by certain policies which most carriers have the same policies. The FCC for fuck sakes for example SPECIFICALLY states it takes 6-10 business days to transfer a wireline number, thats almost EVERY provider in the United States with the exception of Comcast which is 24 hours... if you think tmobile sucks then you dont know anything about the other carriers,,, Sprint is absolute worst in the US/ ATT is second worst, they screw bills all the time, tons of dropped calls etc/ and verizon nickle and dimes u for everything, plus they add on their own fees called surcharges. In your vzon contract it says that they can add as much as 46% to the bill in their own made up fees called surcharges... I've had them all and im most satisfied in NYC with Tmobile...

BUT THE GUY INSISTED I STICK WITH SIDEKICKS BECAUSE THE PLAN DOESNT EXISIT ANYMORE
the new plan is $25 with 400 text message.
BUTT I HAVE TO PAY $250

Also, some people call me and it doesn't ring and I'll get a voicemail. And sometimes texts I sent out get delayed for sometimes a day !

I'm a T-Mobile rep who works in the Number Transfer Center Wireline department... and i use to work in Activations... on some parts i do agree we suck in some ways... try doing these things: Press the Menu key and the L key at the same time for about 5 seconds... have you had it reboot through Customer Care? tried taking your battery out and putting it back in? before complaining get it troubleshooted... we will ALWAYS and i repeat ALWAYS will find a way to get it to work for you!

His phone was with me and wasn't even used the whole time. They wouldn't even listen to our protests of the charges. We left. They can eat the fees. I was considering switching to AT&T because they had a better selection of ruggedized phones than T Mobile does. My Samsung T519 Trace does that when I call voice mail sometimes. And it freezes up when I try to hang up ALOT! Thats why im getting a multiple exchange for a Motorola KRZR K1 for FREE! YAY! and I dont even have insurance! but I have had 4 other phones with tmobile and none of them had those problems except for my 2 samsungs. but coverage is GREAT in my area!

I was told I had 400 text for $5.00 But I got a Bill for $56.00 for my International TEXT! They never told me that! I was told I had a 1 year contract. I moved to China and told them I could longer use the service. They told me I had 1 year of a 2 year contract remaining. I was told if I move to another country I could stop service if I sent Documents showing I was living in China. I sent Rent receipts. Internet Contracts. ETC. Bastards Said it was not enough. okay i had verizon but i know have tmobile so i can use sidekick but in reviews in magezinies and after me useing every other varier verizon and tmobile are the best 1 i went deap see fishing in the middle of the gulf of mexico and had full bars and tmobile is the next best i had sercice even in the forest campeing

yeh i switched to helio cuz ever sence i heard of it i just olved it sooo much and i was so excited about getting it and i never had more than one bar! and i couldnt go on the internet or call sometimes not even text people! then i switched to at&t and they have good sirvace but there plans are wwaaaaay to exspensive! i am gonna got to tmobile cuz they have good signal were i live. :)

fuck i hate tmobile. i hate there fucken service. they dont help for shit. alll the want is money. even there worker have to bullshit to sell. man i use to have t mobile and i only have it for 6 day and return because its shit. they told me that they will cancal it. few month later i found out that i have a bill of 750 something! I called in and the said i have to pay it. i fought it but i still have to pay it. my grand total with 560 something that still alot. so fuck t mobile!!
