I am using Vegas 8 now, but this video was made on Vegas 4.0. Most editing software has the effect I used. To make the little windows you would use the effect Cookie Cutter. It basically cuts a section of the video out so you can put a smaller one in. Other effects I used were Glow which is what I used on the heaven part and I used color corrector to change the colors. Everything else were just crop and transitions. Fairly easy with the right programs.
