I am not a dancer myself, but Mia Michaels' numbers speak so much to me. She puts all her emotions in her choreography and the people who dance them. Besides Lacey and Kameron's number this is my other favorite. Travis is def. following in the footsteps of Mia.

I don't see how you can say she favored Travis when Natalie is featured as well. I think that physique had a lot to do with this dance, and Ivan was too tall and Benji was too small. Travis was just right. The same with Natalie. Heidi was too small and Donyelle was too big. It just made sense to use Travis (Benji nor Ivan are contemporary dancers)

I like Mia's work, but it's never good for a teacher (in her case dancing) to choose favorites...it's unfair and very bad judgement...this dance was one of my favorites on this show thoug.

I agree, she always showed her favorites in Travis and Ivan, but I think she puts certain people in front for a reason. Let's them dance to their strengths. Other than Donyelle being better at this sort of dance than Ivan, she puts those good at this up front. Same as her choreography with Heidi/Travis, Heidi did little dance cause she was weak, but what she did do was quality. She gives credit when there's improvement, like Heidi in Afro Pop.
