  • Wait, so you have to buy a new cartridge once the old one is used up? And it costs 20$ for 270Wh? But then you might just as well use AA batteries. Cheap AA alkaline batteries have about the same price to energy ratio.

If you want to use a fuel cell generator e.g. for your boat, RV or whatever you should look into efoy fuel cells. Or use solar cells.

A cheaper option would be to just use lead acid batteries.

  • no such thing as creating power

Power = Power, in this case u buy half the power in a can, and convert water into the other half, in the end, u gain nothing, solar power is the way to go

  • Ummmm AND UMMM....UHHHH..270...UHH watt hour......uh and these are two USB ports right here and uhhh..........scam!

  • I can see why this company doesn't have big oil knocking on their door with the "fell off the train drunk" story to back up their murderous intentions. Somehow, all the bad guys we hear about are telling themselves: "I'm doing the right thing murdering these people who have ideas that will put me out of a job." If we forgive them, I truly believe that when their judgement day comes, they will be very pleasantly surprised and repentful and hopefully be inspired to do the same for

    others.

  • Why do you have to replace the cartridge ? is'nt it just a glorified water bottle?

  • Fail , americans are not about to pay for anything anymore.

  • rip off.

  • this thing is beyond inefficient. i don't really understand this push by engineers to opt in for minimal hydrogen production using chemical reactions... i am no rocket scientists, but i could build a hydrogen generator with 20 times that output at about the same size, by NOT using chemical reactions like they do. it's not just this. it's all the corporations. there's thousands of garage tinkerers on youtube here that put them all to shame.

  • Its fake but if it did work you could drill a hole in the lid of the cartridge and have a solid stream of water Into it

  • what a ripoff you can make this at home for cheaper...

  • wow..fantastic..faboulous ..watched this in webmovietube

  • $400 bucks, and you have to buy replacement cartridges.. Fuck that! For $400 bucks, I could go out and buy a gas generator that'll power everything I need in my house during a blackout. And it runs for a pretty long time on a gallon of gas.

  • This is stupid. Its not water powered, its water activated.

  • nice job.! will watch this in webmovietube

  • It really sounds like the cartriges are just a type of battery that is more expensive to replace than a standard battery. Reminds me of the "two potato clock" that used to be sold at toy stores. It used potatos as batteries.

  • that is pretty cool

  • this guy is greedy... you dont need to change the cartridge.. but he made it so he can continually get paid like oil co.

  • The Oil companies are trying their best to stop free energy ideas from spreading to common ppl.

We need to put an end to this corruption ,start generating your own electricity.

Look for the LT MAGNET MOTOR in youtube video search. Join the Revolution!!

  • I think some people are missing the point.. best applied to emergency situations.. times where or places electricity is not easy to come by.. you may feel different when $20 is powering the phone you need to call help in an emergency/catastrophe situation.. or the power tool that your using to build in a remote location... how about the camcorder you have brought on your safari expadition...??? When you consider the application and think outside the box you can see the bigger picture

  • What BS, $20 for each fuel cell? And you have to use it once activated in 30 days? Why would I get this instead of rechargable AA's? Also they say its powered by water which is BS, there is a catalyst chemical obviously in the container at work so its not like this is free water power.

  • the cartrige contains a battery thats how this water to hho works.

  • @slapoutz

i think they use a chemical reaction with water to produce hydrogen and oxygen and use i there the hydrogen by its self or both hydrogen and oxygen to produce electricity depending on the fuel cell. its really cheap for a fuel cell though!!!

  • @tim0090 you need a battery to change water into hho ( 2 hydrogen 1 oxygen).

  • @slapoutz

surley thats going to be insainly inefficient!!

  • @tim0090 ya that is but when you add an hho car kit thats quite efficient but their out to make money this video

  • hmmm... this is just stupid. I rather buy a pattery and I get the same result. What the hell?

  • 20 buck to charge a laptop? Dicks

  • meh if you dont give a fuck about the enviroment just use high psi water taps from your house and use them to run mini water wheels to generate electricity. We dont pay for water here, but we do pay electric. Fuck this crazy con artist and fuck the polar bears to be honest.

  • Could someone tell me if distilled water conduct electricity or not??? because there's no ions in distilled water; right?

  • @1091Floyd21 100% pure distilled water does not conduct electricity

But touching the water with a finger or even the electrodes is enough to make it conducting again

  • EPAOC is Environmental Photovoltaics & Applications of Concord, We offer Solar,Wind,& all forms of Alternative Energy Products. Our Primary Goal is to assist a Million Homes Produce and Manufacture Energy On Their Own Terms.

  • It's a car battery that you add the water?

  • What a joke... They sell these things at homedepot, they are called batteries, except they cost 5000% less. This is a sharper image type device, that cost lots of money, but doesn't really do anything. Buy a solar panel.

  • it is a copper chloride cell. at one time these were available at sears in the craftmen tool department. very old technology. silver halide or copper halide cprimary cells have the highest density to wieght ratio but unchargable. upon discharge the metal is refined pure...pure silver or copper.

  • Seriously this is crap you want to "save the earth" then everyone just cut your energy usage in half. Once all the coal is gone its on to nuclear. Wind, and solar is proven crap.

  • The solar cells on the roof of my house provide nearly all the power I use.

  • its there way of metering this device be care full before buying th first device

  • this most likely works by having a Chemical catalyst built into the Container that brakes water down into Hydrogen and oxygen. this wouls explain what it does need a power source to brake down the water and why it can only work for 30 days ( after that the catalyst would be to degraded to work any longer)

personaly I'm not a fan of these because the catalyst used is not reusable or renewable and sometime toxic. all in all not really a good idea.

  • Comment removed

  • Well im glad i read sum of the comments here as i was intending to be an affiliate for a product which is meant to make a vehicle run on water.

  • look at my solar generator video way more powerful.

  • Eventually someone will figure out how to reuse the cartridges on the cheap.

If that's the case i wouldn't mind one.

  • They dont explain how it works so I am not convinced

  • i agree with you, brother. sun power and hydrogen power will be the main sources of energy in future.

  • forget it , its too expensive . try better !!

  • nuclear is the best, even coal they are dirty just like i like my women

  • sad your prob only llike 9

  • you can only use it once for 20$, it will power your cell phone for 5 hours, and its as big as a can of pop. considering that 3 AA batteries can accomplish the same thing for about 2$ (name brand) and work right out of the package (no Water). and can be stored for much longer than a month. i don't think there is much of a market for it. 20$ would get you half way to a 5 volt portable solar panel. 5v 1A folding solar that outputs to usb and i would be all over that.

  • I agree, there are many other options that do way better. Bedini Motor, Wind Generator, or Solar Panels. 2 out of 3 you can make your self.

I might add that the reason the cartridge will only last for 30 days is because there are other chemicals involved for the process...

    Good post...

    Peace first!

    Everyone knows what comes second...

  • If this device ran on water, you would not need to replace the cartridges. Most of the liquid in your car batter is also water. If you purchased the batter with highly concentrated acid and then added the appropriate amount of water, it would also appear to be running on water. Water is not a fuel. This video does not describe the process or the emission. Free energy dreamers be ware!

  • you fools ... that is a great tequnologie ... god the future is about this stuff ...

but go and buy your gasoline and your energy made from nucular power ... drive your "gas" car ... and keep on changing the climate

  • a typical 6 cell battery is 55whr+

that means a maximum of 5 charges. thats suggesting no energy use/loss & a perfect 270 watts out of the generator.

  • Hmmm 270 watts for $400 and $20 for every 270 watts consumed?Thats close to .08 cents a watt. I can get 1Kw for a lower price from my local electrical supplier.Maybe if you upgrade the power to 5kw without upping the price you might just have something here.

Good luck getting someone to buy this waste of money concept.

  • @HiFiman4u

Thank you for doing the math. This is way cheaper than my co-op electricity costs in rural Idaho. I am thinking of hooking ten of these together if I cannot obtain 2,700 watts without upping the price per watt.

  • what a scam.

'i want your money'..end of story.

  • As much as we hate the oil companies, we can't deny that they are a large key player in our economy. If we stop using oil with a snap of our fingers, our economy would crash. New technologies like these needs to be implemented slowly.

  • We all need water to survive and there is a global shortage of fresh, drinkable water so using tap water to generate electricity especially for cars is a bad idea. We need a renewable energy source not another limited supply solution.

  • What a waste of Vodka to power up the fan. I would rather be tipsy and sweating :D

  • As for video its simple water activated Batery so its Scam and dirty trick to call it "generator" and to describe it as device that changes water to electricity

  • Youre selling technology that is open source on YouTube

People watch out Free energy technology is for free not for sale

  • Does anyone know what the name of the company is? Horizon or Horizon Fuel Cell Technologies? Is this a German company or one that started in Singapore?

  • Global warming, the fact that OPEC could literally bring us to our knees with a snap of their fingers if they wanted, and a million other reasons beg to differ. This will be revolutionary once enough people discover it, and large companies fund it. Big oil is silencing this technology though, have been for years. The oil industry would crumble. Explain how free fuel for cars, free energy in your home, cheaper products across the entire spectrum of everything you buy, is unneded and ridiculous

  • Water as fuel is a dead end idea. It takes more energy to perform electrolysis than you get from burning the hydrogen. Using renewable energy like wind or geothermal to produce hydrogen fuel cells could be viable but "burning" water in your car will just waste energy. You'd be better off running the car directly off the battery.

  • what the fuck you talking about funley you are a CIA agent or something ?

  • Love it! but solar is better

  • I pay ,04 per gallon for my gas

HOW? Google "Pay 1940 prices for gas impossible no"

    then ACT

  • ok so all you need is water. and then after 30 days you have to buy a new battery fo about 20 dollars. =)

  • It's a worthless, shitty "invention". Does any one have a laptop consuming less then 50W?? probably not, except small ones. The rated maximum output is 50W, that means it's impossible to charge both your laptop and mobile at the same time. This isn't even good in an emergency, use 2kg of LiPO cells and you have 500+ charges, maby out of the sun?!? Some will say, but this is good becouse u can change cartridge, I say use more batteries in that case.

  • Okay, guys, this isn't perpetual motion and no one is saying it is. This is for emergency power. Chemicals can break water up and release hydrogen. It takes more energy to create the chemicals than you'll get out, but that's why the guy here said it's meant for times when you're "in a pinch." Probably, the reporter doesn't realize this, but that's his fault.

  • wow such beautiful models

  • stop spamming my shit. I am telling the feds about you. Not just filling out some form. I'm actually telling an agent.

  • This reporter is a gullible fool and the salesman is a lying conman. But hey, if it has a booth at CES, it must be real, right?

  • HASn't anyone noticed that the guys name is Wankewycz - need I say more

  • 20 bucks for 12 hours of power??? that costs more than what i pay to run my whole place for a week.with things on 24\7.thats a ripoff.....canisters shouldnt have to be replaced.

  • These water things are totally bogus, especially water burning cars. Hydrogen cells are different. This is BS lol

  • Im offering you car batteries that you NEVER HAVE TO CHARGE, not even with water! Now when it runs out of electricity you can come to me and I'll replace it to a fresh one for only 20 dollars.

  • 400 bucks?? ya right and they call that affordable. I can't imagine how much they will call affordable with that larger one. And on top of the 400 dollar start-up fee for the generator itself then you have 20 dollar replacement cartridges, you would spend more money on this than buying a basic generator. at 20 dollars per 10 hours you would be looking at around 1440 dollars on just replacements if you were to use it every hour of one month. Personally I think this is ridiculous and un-needed.

Explain how free fuel for cars, free energy in your home, cheaper products across the entire spectrum of everything you buy, is unneeded and ridiculous?

  • you are all right this is just crap. and it was a waste of time to watch this. This is just another kind of a batterie you have to charge it and then you can use it.

  • yeah this is just a water activated battery...big deal. They didnt explain what it was in the video so what else are we supposed to think? SCAM.

  • sounds to me that the cell contains an acid, the water weakens the acid and allows the solution to come into contact with battery plates, no hydrogen used at all. a bit of a scam i think!

  • if u need to change the fuel cell so constantly i dont think the only fuel is water

  • thanks for the information.

  • Your welcome.. :D

    Spread the word..

    RON PAUL REVOLUTION

  • how can there be a Ron Paul Revolution if he isn't running anymore?

  • LOL, doesn't that suck. The best candidate for POTUS and he doesn't get the recognition that he deserved.

    RON PAUL REVOLUTION :P

  • I wonder what the other component is inside the cartridge? You add water, but is it also filled with a gas or powder?

Also, that fan at the end of the clip is wasting Vodka!!!

  • Well, you can make hydrogen from 2 chemicals (can't remember the names, I think one is salt) and by pouring water on them. Maybe their cartridge contains these chemicals. That would explain why you have to get another one..

  • The cartridge deal is a scam at $20 a pop, wait for the generator that only requires you to refill water. Check out the HHO Generators people are testing out, only water and a tiny bit of electricity (so small that could possibly be supplied via solar charge)is required. This compay will be one-upped soon unless they get real and do it themselves so we don't have to DEPEND on them for cartridges.

  • TequilaShot Amen Brotha

  • I don't see where you would be saving money using this system, since you have to keep paying 20 dollars for a new cartridge. He said you can get 18 to 20 hours out of that one cartridge. That is still almost one dollar per hour and with what is being powered from that system, you'd still be in the same price range per usage of your regular utility bill considering you are using the same things to power as you would with his system... Duhh! they just want additional cartridge sales.

  • Of course, but we all know what hacks do.

  • He lost me at $20 per each cartridge. So it's not just running on water, it's just that it uses a chemical reaction caused by the water coming into contact with the fuel cell. then when the fuel cell runs out you are left with a container with undrinkable water.

What they need (except there is no money in it) is a REUSABLE fuel cell. but that would make sense so we won't see one of those any time soon.

  • HOAX HOAX HOAX HOAX HOAX HOAX

  • freakin reap off fuel cells usually dont need any maintainence just add water and go

they are either lying about the 30-day limit where you got to get a new cartiridge after a period of time or they just rigged the thing to broke down over a month

  • 270wh, for $20????? 1000wh cost something like 10 cents. soo a rip off, secondly how about u explain to us scientifically how it works....

  • GENEPAX JAPANESE WATER POWERED CAR. The Japanese have already built an electric car that charges itself on water. Never needs to be plugged in and no fossil fuels, EVER!!!!!! YOUTUBE JAPANESE WATER POWERED CAR. MADE BY GENEPAX. WAKE UP

  • impossible... energy is neither created nor destroyed, it is a basic law of physics

  • The energy (hydrogen) is already in the water. Nothing is being "created" The hydrogen energy in the water is being utilized. It is released through a chemical process.

  • Hey jjhays36, how would you explain nuclear power? Would you say that nuclear power is impossible also? Isn't that creating energy? No, it is simply unlocking the energy already there and utilizing it. You may also want to look at Stan Myers and his many patents for breaking the covalent bond of the water molecule without consuming amps.=more power out than in.

  • Simple to explain nuclear power. Heat from nuclear rods are used to heat water that turn steam turbines generating power. There is nothing free there. There is no creation of power. There is no such thing as free energy it is a fundamental of science. Kinetic energy is never free. There has to be an equal in order for the laws of physics to work.

  • its true. but japanese model uses membrane electrode assembly to separate H2 and O2 from water. it is vastly different from the crap shown in this video, which is totally fake.

  • lol biggest scam ever.

  • I thought this was a joke by Stephen Colbert at the start. hahaha.

  • lets face it the only use for a water powered device is to power a automobile because the water fuel would be incredibly cheap

  • gay shit

  • I like the idea, but I hate the profit scheme. Charging $20 to "activate" (which lasts only for 30 days) the cartridge is laugh out loud terrible. It shows that these people are not serious about the future of energy in the world. Leave it to a business type to squander profits on a great idea.

  • Hmm... A 1KW cost $0.08 from my power company, or $100.00 from this stupid thing. Please tell me there isn't someone dumb enough to buy this. If you really want power in an outage buy a deep cycle battery, charger, and inverter or better yet a generator or solar panel.

  • I agree. Good old fashion Deep Cycle battery and solar panel is the way to go for sustainable long term power. This device is a total rip off joke. Only an American would be stupid enough to buy this crap.

  • Wow - some intelligent comments! Not only is this not economical, but it is deceptive. It sounds like the energy is coming from the water, but it cannot be; the cartridge must have something in it that generates hydrogen when it gets wet.

  • Absolutely, they keep emphasising the water but not the active component in the "fuel cell", the thing that keeps depleting and requires recharging every 30 days!!!.

Reading some of the posts I see how easy it is to rip off idiots, people who dont understand basic science.

  • The dry cartridge has an infinite shelf life. The fuel cell components only deplete once the water is added. It is intended to be used in a blackout to charge a cell phone, etc. While I wouldn't personally spent over $400 on this unit, just because someone does obviously does not make them an idiot.Looks like CES Horizon Fuel Cell Technologies has an understanding of science.

  • If your concerned abut black outs get an UPS or a generator, This is a classic Rube Goldberg machine ending up with a device that provides less energy for more cost via a complicated inefficient method. The sellers are feeding off the current desire for alternative energy they are the snake oil salesmen of the electrical age.

  • this really is dumb and pointless , $400 for the generator , $20 just to refill cart , whats the point ? electricity is still cheap , imagine running a car at that cost , would be 100 times more expensive lol

  • If this is here and we have the Science to use it.....WHY ARE WE STILL USING OIL! why are we letting the oil companies rape us on the price. it make me sick to think that if we cut our oil uses they will jack the plastic prices through the roof to make up for the loss. they are so deep in to our lives they will kill us before they would lose money

  • great idea. stupid execution. if he had been smart he wouldn't treat people like they're stupid and assume they can't see the "cartridge activation" is an absolute scam.

now he can watch his business fall to someone else because 1) hydrogen technology how-to is widely available for free and 2) someone else will realize this and capitalize on to his ideas without charging to re-activate a water cartridge.

don't gouge your consumers or treat them like idiots.

  • Absolutely Right defektev. Spend enough time researching and you'll come to the same conclusion.

Spend enough time sifting through all the *hit out there, and you'll find the reality.

What our lives could have been like, and now what they will be.

    The Aussies are there already.

  • i was just watching and thinking that-if they can recharge it for a fee why can't we do it ourselves for free? clearly it could be designed that way. and terrible journalism that the interviewer did not ask about this? who was he working for? i was interested until they said the cartridge had to be traded. not a self contained system once purchased = total turn off. sustainability without sustainability-is a trick and a waste. too bad. yes there must be water energy systems that are not a scam.

  • i have this concept for generating power i guess i would call it mountain leveling conveyer turbine generator build conveyers to the sea and have the conveyers extend out to deep water to deposit the spoil all u would have to do is load the conveyers with a consistant amount of weight and gravity would do the rest theres alot of real astate above 5000 foot they move like 1 million tones of tar sand in alberta canada everyday to extract oil and polute billions of gallons of water

  • PLEASE USE COMMAS AND PERIODS. MORON.

  • they are tryin to rip pplz off, if anyone hacks the cartage then they dont needto replace the cartrage

  • scam scam scam

  • this is not really anything remotely close to free energy like HHO.

  • $20 per cartridge? Sound like its just another Battery. A No No for real free energy.

    Sorry, I won't buy that!

  • Search "Hydrogen Fuel Cell Power Control Modulator" on ebay!

this guy puts it all together for you and sells it.

  • What ever happened to a simple hand crank generator and a battery? Fat America could use the exercise. Wow! $20 for 10 cents of electricity - sign me up - NOT!!!

  • Stan Meyer ended up in court for fraud. FACT

  • OJ was found not guilty

  • would you rather agree that your invention is fraud in court or be killed?

  • in USA, anyone can sue anyone for any reason. i could sue you for "saying something stupid on the internet". and then if I paid attorneys to pursue this relentlessly, YOU would end up for court for "stupidity"!

now put that in your pipe....

  • Hopefully, the co-founder won't 'mysteriously dissappear'. That seems to happed to people that come up with breakthrough ideas for energy lately - has anyone noticed?

  • unfortunately, the reason they disappear is because it is a scam. show something innovative that gets a contract then they take the money and run.

  • A lot of these breakthrough ideas are either scams or deceptively labeled ways to sell existing technology as something new

This device, for example, is a battery. It just uses water as the electrolyte. The power generated is by metals inside, that's why you have to pay to replace them periodically, just like lead-acid batteries. Lead-acid batteries with much greater energy content are smaller though, and you can pay the same for one of those that you pay for this, but it lasts several months.

  • I'm an engineering student who has completed courses in chemistry and physics and I have to say that this "turning tap water" into "electricity" is a scam and waste of time. I feel sorry for anyone gullible enough to have actually purchased one of those overpriced pieces of crap.

  • i guess we are all aware of who isn't thinking green. hahahaha. thank you mr. engineer student... for our next guest mr. I dont recycle is here to talk about why he likes throwing away paper

  • It's called being green the correct way. This is just thinking stupid. Using electricity to turn tap water into hydrogen and that back into electricity while losing a significant portion of the original energy. If you want green, then why not just use that damn electricity to power the engine? Try PHEVs, electric cars or compressed air vehicles. Not gas-guzzling pretend water batteries.

  • careful specialangel..don't do too much THINKING..or your BRAIN might EXPLODE ... doh! Greenies have been sucked in by Al Gore & his gangsters who wouldn't know a CO2 emission if they tripped over 1 and hurt their heads..doh! Do y'self a favour and watch 'The Great Global Warming Swindle'..get the TRUTH.

  • Whoa - I made a mistake, ($20 for $80.) So just to be sure I just watched it again, the guy said FIVE canisters would = 1 KWH. Now indeed we are in Enron territory as that is $100 for what would otherwise cost 10¢. A THOUSANDFOLD difference. For recharging your $400 battery using YOUR WATER. These guys really are the smartest guys in the room. If, of course, the rest of the room were filled with MORONS.

  • AND: since you are not actually turning 'tap water into electricity' but taking electricity and applying it to water to store it in a jar and then get electricity back out of it - at no greater rate than you put into it (Thermodymanics, etc.) - you are in fact just investing at storage and transformer tech. And it sure transforms your $!!! A $400 investment + $80 (four canisters) = 1 KWH. $80 per KWH (+400.) Here in Fl it costs about 10¢. Some transformation $20 for 10¢. Kinda like Enron, eh?

  • Um, I have not read much of this long thread, but have the Laws of Thermodynamics been mentioned recently? Just WHERE does the "energy" from the water come from? At what grade of education did some of you stop paying attention. Second or first?? 'Case you haven't noticed: WATER CANNOT BURN. It is, in fact, a product of combustion. Water "fuel cells" are ENERGY STORAGE DEVICES from dissociation of water by ELECTRICITY added to the system, probably by your local coal fired power grid. Morons.

  • Nowhere in this piece do I see a convincing demonstration.

  • You guys are stupid! This isn't a Scam. Water is the reason why were even here! {humans that is) so why would it be so hard to belive it could power things!? I really am looking forward to converting my car! i cant stand paying high gas prices any longer.

  • it is a scam because it takes energy to convert water into a fuel source were gas we currently pup into our car is flammable so it doesn't take constant electricity to make a fuel source.

if it is liquid then it is only a fuel source if it is flammable and water is not flammable.

  • water can be used to generate hho gas which can be used to run a motor for mechanical motion or generate electricity,,so all u idiots can fuck urself

  • o and yes, of course water can be used to generate electricity (what idiots are saying it can't?). In and of itself its one of the most polar solvents there is lol

  • Look at all the paid New World Order discreditors...how much are they paying you to come in here and lie about how water can't be used as a source of energy? Keep on lying, we know the real truth.

  • Wait, they pay New World Order discreditors?

Where do I sign up, fuck i've been doing it free of charge this whole time, I want money !

  • scam theres a battery in the water thermos.

  • 400 bucks- well itd be worth it in an emergency

  • Scam LoL.

  • god damn it, I thought this was for real, it's probably a reaction of like sodium hydroxide solution and aluminum and feed through a fuel cell. but i could be wrong :), I'd still like to know how it really works though.

  • Naysayers are usually the ones that live in trailers or po-dunk towns and scream "Let's kill them there A-rabs and steal there oil!!!!" like the 2 below me

  • Being delisted by NASDAQ

  • I agree. if you can get electricity out of water then I am the fucking POPE!

I absolve all of you of your sin of gullibility and terminal stupidity.

  • It does not turn water into electricity. The water is an electrolite for the copper & zinc plates inside. Type in the youtube search bar " check out my salt water battery "

  • that is an costly laptop charge

  • oh, and the energy used to produce the unit wouldn't help either. this f***er is just after your money and he'll lie through his teeth to get it. i recommend anyone interested in this "device", should it be graced with a term too good for it, should look into a unit that would turn water into Hydrogen and Oxygen using energy from alternative sources, ie, home based solar or wind power. then run the car on the fuel produced fromt hat. that might work, if such a device exists

  • first law of thermodynamics: energy cannot be created nor destroyed. to use the alternator's energy for electrolysis puts more load on the engine = more fuel needed to run it. all the produced hydrogen would do is provide about 90% (due to mechanical inneffeciencies) of the energy required to cover the extra load on the engine. so basically, if anything it will LOWER your fuel efficiency. dont fall for this cockwallop

  • scam??? If it is true, oil company wouldn't kill it. because car companies want to make money. they would corporate the idea already.

  • grow up, people like you think that the oil or car companies are out to destroy everything, if every body thought the way you do we would still be living in a cave. maybe you are!

  • Ok.. I am a mechanical Engineering student at the University of Houston. First of all, ther eis something called engineering economics. If that guys patent his invention, he would largely advertise it. not this through internet.

It is true that oil companies attacks these new technology, but they dont have all control.

  • did you ever think there already is a patent? but thats not what first stated. and in your statement did you mean they would have instead of wouldn't? and the car companies are incorporating it. the name of it is fuel cells. as soon as they can make it safe for the public you will see it mass produced.

  • with all respect, fuel cell is a little different from water powered devices.
