My guess would be jazz.  Although, I'm not certain. Vince Guaraldi, the man responsible for this piece's composition, was heavily influenced by blues, jazz, and some boogie woogie.

Nice performance. Very pleasant to listen to. Tempo was kept consistent and few (if any) mistakes. Piano sounds slightly out of tune, though, especially in the right hand.
