after you set up all tinghs in vista mangaer go to start and type msconfig press enter and go to services "hide microsoft services " and from those that still appearing disable thos you don't need (don't disable teh antivirus!)

but with the lastest updates and service pack 1 vista is alot better ;)

but dont know if i diable Antivirus or how to enable it back :(

the name of the antivirus in msconfig is similar of the antivirus it self
