While I don't think HAARP had anything to do with this particular event (looks too natural), I would agree that evidence is mounting up that it's being used quite a bit. Search "HAARP Persian Gulf" on youtube for a real eye opener. It's not a conspiracy at all. HAARP's capabilities are well documented. Trouble is, it's very difficult to prove that HAARP (or any of the other such installations) actually caused these "anomalies". Search: "HAARP induction magnetometer" for some more "evidence".
This is only a video of what is referred to as a " Rainbow Cloud." It isn't caused by HAARP. They are a common reaction of sunlight refracted from water vapor. I've seen these several times in my life.
