Pretty impressive! and by your tutorial on your website, not very hard to do! Where can I get some of that plastic? Right now i'm pocketing things in wood, which isnt a very good idea for the air.
It's actually not plastic. It's called machinable wax and can be remelted and recast multiple times. It's nice because there is less wear and tear on the router bit and also less waste.
