Im sorry, you say because a swim club with 70 parking spaces may replace some rental cabins and a pizza joint that there could suddenly be 1000 sunbathers crossing a busy street to go to the beach on a daily basis? I don't see how that makes sense, nor do I understand what you are concerned about. Are the cabins and restaurant owned by the town?
