I feel your pain, I had exactly the same ban but for fraud a few years back. xD I bought £200s worth of games off of someone's account using their credit card details. Shortly after I was banned. The only way to stop this from happening is to NEVER sign in with the banned account ever again, you can still use a separate account with no issue what so ever, so long as you didn't sign into the banned account first. You can still play offline games, install updates and use the internet browser too.
