Hi Alan.I'd noticed that when you post something in polish language please pay attention to the polish grammar.I am polish and I had to learn english grammar.
relax, Skaja, the man's not a linguist, his command of Polish is sufficient to communicate with the interviewee, he's done a great job, so don't be so mean about it (I wonder how come you pick on him w/o paying attention to spelling yourself (e.g. capital letters);
another piece of great fooage, keep it up, Mr Heath.
For those that like to complain about the poor quality of my films this is your chance to have some input.
My Sony Cybershot - used for all films here but one - has given up on me. I do not want to buy a video camera - just a compact camera which I can carry around in my pocket.
Interesting video. It would be helpful to have subtitles of the questions the people off camera are asking. It's difficult to make out what is being said at certain points
I know, but it is a lot of work for me and in all honesty I have only just learned how to put text on it. Bear in mind this is home made on a tiny camera.
I can appreciate that. I don't mean to sound critical of you've done. These clips you've uploaded are better and more informative than any of the crap testimonials Speilberg or Lanzmann have given us (even if yours a little harder to hear sometimes:-)
I do not think I am quite in the same category as Spielburg or Lanzmann but it is nice of you to say so.
On the other hand I am a better interviewer than Lanzmann who has his own agenda and keeps on interrupting the witnesses to put it forward.
But we must not forget that it was he who invented the interviewing of witnesses and that he concentrated on places like Chelmno and Sobibor which were previously unknown.
At the beginning of part 2, she says Germans, who lived in her house were kind to them because her mother was of German origin.
