  • Purely pathetic and contradictory I must say......

  • Ray Comfort seems to be under the impression that Evolution is the same as creation, but instead of a magical sky wizard instantly creating everything, it was the Big Bang. How can people be so ignorant and stupid and still manage to take care of themselves?

  • @carbonatedturd So instead of a magician pulling a rabbit out of a hat (creation) you're saying the rabbit pulled *itself* out of a non-existent hat (evolution)? One has an Intelligent Mind behind it, the other lacks any intelligence whatsoever.

  • @thewayofthemaster Hahahahaha, no, I'm not saying that at all. I'm sorry you've never taken the time to learn the basics of Evolution, but your ignorance on the subject is laughable, and since we both know that you're talking out your ass, you might as well stop now.

Wait, I just saw who I was responding to. Is this THE Ray Comfort? Captain Banana himself? Tell me some more easily refuted "facts" on creation so I have something to amuse myself for the rest of the afternoon.

  • @carbonatedturd notice how atheists have to resort to insults and defamation instead of backing up their own statements, and the christian never stoop low, atheisim is dying so fast with people like yourself and dawkins losing every debate,

  • @reeceagodwin, Do you want me to back up my claim that the earth is round too, or do you think there's already enough evidence to prove that? We don't waste our breath on closed minded people. Religion has been dead for a long time, and it's only ignorant, brainwashed fools who think otherwise. You're barely even able to form a sentence that a 3rd grader would be proud of, so I don't expect you'll understand that you're well below average intelligence for a human.

  • @reeceagodwin, For the record, Dawkins continually embarrasses and discredits creationist tools, and the idiots walk away thinking they've won something. Ignorance and delusion don't make you right, you only think they do.

  • @reeceagodwin, And yes, I mock people who ask for it. Creationists are asking to be put in their place.

  • @thewayofthemaster but the ''magician'' also came out of nothing, which contradicts your argument...

  • @thewayofthemaster And on the contrary you believe that that magical, mythical sky-dady you call god just popped into existence without another magical sky-daddy to create that sky-daddy. Am I right.... Seriously you guys, how do you even get dressed by yourselves. -_-

  • @thewayofthemaster Ray that is a good one i bet that atheist wont use that again ahahahahalolololol

  • These guys are the best satirists ever.

  • All this video show is the sad state of science education in this country. Seriously, you use a guy who says maybe an asteroid caused the big bang to disprove evolution?!?!? This video is like interviewing a bunch of Muslims about the bible and trying to use their lack of knowledge as proof that the bible is bogus. Wtf?

  • idiots. it's not even called the Big Bang anymore. There was no sound at the start of the universe.

  • @RellimYentruoc Since when is it not called the Big Bang?

  • @cigolone1 I wasn't referring to the evolution subject with my last comment; I was referring to the over-abundance of anti-semitism and holocaust denialism on your profile page.

  • @cigolone1 "... isn't that weird?"

Not in the slightest. It's pretty common for kids to be apathetic about their education and more concerned with their personal lives. Moreover, if the topic isn't directly related to their field (if chosen) they'll care even less.

I had a look at your profile; I sincerely hope you're just trolling.

  • @cigolone1 Interesting points? So... introducing high school students, or possibly undergrads, as experts followed by confusing them with leading questions is interesting? I thought it was dishonest and cowardly.

  • @YurNotSpecial Non of them said they were experts.

  • I'm glad religion doesn't have the same influence it enjoyed for millennia. One Dark Age is one too many...

  • The Moses Abraham myth followers - Muslims, Jews and Christians follow a bizarre superstition. Creationists like Comfort try to explain the origins of the universe! He has a talking bush God! The god of the bible (the dad) is a garden owning nut who owns a 'tree of everlasting life', a' tree of knowledge', created a talking snake, is a 'jealous god', doesn't like 'other gods' going before him and has cherubs guarding his garden! and Ray thinks atheists are dumbasses? Very sad.

  • Never say an evolutionist "you are wrong", he immediatly thinks you are a religious person, never use logic and common sense with him, he will say that you are the one who lacks of those, and finally dont waste time with him, there is no God for them, let him be happy as he lives, it is all what he has. when he become too proud in his ignorance, let's flog him with knowledge, not in order to teach him knowledge, but in order to cause him more wrath and confusion.

  • @xchris1800 "... let's flog him with knowledge ..."

Of what sort? Certainly nothing of the scientific variety, since you appear to reject whatever you don't like without bothering to understand it first ...

  • - just God sitting around for an infinite amount of time until deciding "I'm bored, I better make EVERYTHING, starting with a tiny planet and a naked guy!"

  • I like to think the Big Bang came from another universe collapsing in on itself, and before then, and before then, an infinite loop of universes collapsing and exploding. Scientists with their heretic telescopes and anti-christ knowledge have evidence everything is moving away from each other and could possibly slow down and collapse in once more! Everything moves away, comes together again and boom, moves away, etc. At this in this theory there's something always happening. For Christians it's

  • A crazy old man interviews intelligent young adults.

    "Probably." "Maybe." "I don't know."

No one knows, there's nothing WRONG with saying you don't know, if an old book inspired by a mythical creature says it knows then it doesn't. More of the history of the universe is explained in fucking Star Trek than the Bible.

    Stop pretending you do know.

  • Yawn.

  • im sure this works on some tards

  • THE BIG BANG HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH THE THEORY OF EVOLUTION!!! Just open a book ffs

  • @tay11tr It kinda does. Big Bang happened, matter collects, stars are formed, orbital discs are formed, planets are born, then two collide (I know that guy mentioned something like this but that's where the moon comes from) which dug up minerals essential for life to emerge.

  • @TimeTravellerDBZ Actually, the theory of evolution only describes only the process of human evolution from ancestor species through the process of natural selection. The big bang theory describes the cosmic explosion 13.72 billion years ago that led to the formation of the universe. The two do not overlap. The theory of evolution is in no way evidence for the big bang, abiogenesis, or anything else besides human evolution.

  • @tay11tr idiot!!! it has to do, that is why you are evolutionist, bks you are idiot. I understand, your brain is evolving, it cannot understand still well.

  • @tay11tr Sure it does. It's called cosmic evolution.

  • They do use the words probably and maybe alot... I much prefer that to the knowledge that magical sky daddy made us, at least our beliefs are flexible because nobody knows all the details, and anyone who claims to is delusional.

  • 0:55 don't forget bananas, never forget the bananas.

  • 2:15 the big bang was caused by another planet crashing into Earth...... how can this person believe in evolution when he is retarded? apparently our planet was the only thing affected by the big bang.

  • At 1:12 , that is one of the unfairest and retarded arguments I have ever heard by a Christian, and that's saying a lot. Just because the random people on the street do no KNOW, then Evolution is wrong. He even mentioned "they use words like "I'm not an Expert" and such" Are you kidding me?! They're not experts so how the hell are they supposed to answer every single one of your questions! There IS evidence for evolution. Like the highest rated comment said, how come he didn't ask scientists?

  • @DeathlyDavid Because scientists have better things to do then talk to retards like these.

  • there is a god and i believe we where not fish or apes we were humans god created the earth and everything else

  • @Triggerhappy358 We DIDN'T come from apes. WE SHARED A COMMON ANCESTOR. Due to different circumstances, the ancient humanoids developed differently. There are transitional species to prove that. Your ignorance of evolution shows. I'm 14 and I know this! Did your science teachers teach you anything? Why is it so hard to understand these things?

  • @DeathlyDavid Wrong. There are NO transitional forms to support a common ancestor. There are only fragments of skeletons where evolutionists fill in the missing pieces and present as something that it's not. Case in point: Australopithecus (Lucy). Wikipedia is especially enlightening on it as it shows how few bones were actually found and how ridiculously they filled in the gaps. Believe it if you wish, but it's not science.

  • @thewayofthemaster Pff says the one who uploads videos with RAY COMFORT aka Banana Man who made this huge case about bananas being designed for humans when those types of Bananas WERE bred for the purpose of human consumption BY HUMANS.

As for the Lucy Fossil controversy, I messaged one more knowledgeable in this matter, Thunderf00t. I personally believe this controversy is absurd. Quite like Bananas being designed by god. Prove your case.

  • @DeathlyDavid I don't follow. Prove what case?

  • @thewayofthemaster That Australopithecus wasn't a transitional species.

  • @DeathlyDavid I don't need to. The proof needs to be provided by the one making the assertion so *you* need to prove it's a transitional form to non-believers. Simply seeing what little bone fragments there were to start, is enough to question the outcome. I have yet to meet any evolutionist that can say why something can be assumed to be a transitional form as opposed to simply being an extinct (non-transitional) species. Can you do it? Why isn't Lucy simply an extinct type of ape?

  • @thewayofthemaster You need to stop using the excuse that just asking the random evolutionist makes yourself right. ASK A SCIENTIST. She can't be just an extinct species of ape because there were ape species before and after her that share characteristics. Where did they come from then? She's a TRANSITIONAL species which means she carries characteristics of both modern humans and ancient apes. Lucy walked upright yet she still carried characteristics of chimps. After her, brain size increased.

  • @DeathlyDavid Name these apes before and after her that share characteristics and why are they transitional forms instead of simply different-looking apes? Humans share characteristics but look different. So what? Did you know that the knee joint for Lucy (the most important part in claiming she *might* have walked upright) was found 200 feet lower and 1.5 miles away from the rest of the fragments? Google Lucy and you'll find just as many sites disputing the fossil as believing in it.

  • @thewayofthemaster Funny how most of those "dispute" sights are by creationists. I don't have to do all the work. Why don't YOU search up all the Human Transitional species. I'm not gonna spend 2 youtube posts listing them all. Or you could look at the Wikipedia List of Human Evolution Fossils. Here are the species that have been found and a picture on the Darwiniana website put them in order and show how the brain capacity has increased.

  • @thewayofthemaster A. Pan troglodytes, chimpanzee, modern B. Australopithecus africanus, STS 5, 2.6 My C. Australopithecus africanus, STS 71, 2.5 My D. Homo habilis, KNM-ER 1813, 1.9 My E. H. habilis, OH24 , 1.8 My F. H. ergaster (H. erectus), KNM-ER 3733, 1.75 My G. H. heidelbergensis, " Rhodesia man," 300-125ky

    H. Homo neanderthalensis, La Ferrassie 1, 70ky

    I. H. neanderthalensis, La Chappelle-aux-Sts, 60ky

    J. H. neanderthalensis, Le Moustier, 45ky

  • @DeathlyDavid See if you can post a link to this page that you got this info from as it's too scrambled as is. Back to what I said before about Lucy, what is your thought on that? The fact that the most crucial part of the pieces (the knee joint) was found 200 feet deeper and 1.5 miles away from the rest? If paleontologists can put together fragments from that far apart and present it as one whole, where is the line drawn?

  • @thewayofthemaster I can't put a link because Youtube won't let me. As for Lucy, even if the fossil were to be wrong, that doesn't prove the other fossils wrong. Now I want you to tell me how a man made from mud and a woman made from a rib were convinced by a talking snake to eat from a magical tree of knowledge and populated the earth when they had only 2 sons and one killed the other. Even if they did populate the earth, isn't incest wrong?

  • @DeathlyDavid No it doesn't prove them wrong, it just puts them all into question due to length evolutionists will go to, to fit their worldview. BTW, congrats on becoming becoming a cut-n-paste atheist. Your training is complete now that you've cut-n-pasted the talking snake line. You do know that Adam and Eve had other children right? Why do you care if incest is wrong? You're a relativist and can't project morals on anyone but yourself. Now off to another site to cut n paste your answers.

  • @thewayofthemaster "to length evolutionists will go" My parents told me Santa Claus was real. Why should I believe them when they tell me about JC. Who were Adam and Eve's other children? When were they mentioned and how did 2 people populate the Earth? It takes at least 60 people to do so. What makes the morals of the Church so right? Raping kids is morality isn't it? The line I took was from an atheist poster that described what I was thinking. Look at /watch?v=T7xt5LtgsxQ

  • @thewayofthemaster What about Genesis 19:33-34 when 2 daughters raped their father for children?! That one I learned form my sister when she took a Theories of Knowledge class. Funny how it was included in this video /watch?v=hCovYF51qHE Morality in the bible

  • @DeathlyDavid No, what's funny is that *now* you found a way to put a link in YT. Perhaps you can provide your other link so we can see all the debunked transitional ape-men. What has what two woman did have to do with what I asked? Are you saying rape is wrong? Does it --and other acts of evil-- being recorded in the Bible disprove God (or make Him evil for recording it)? I do not claim that atheists can't be moral, but whether they can make sense of morality in a universe without God.

  • @thewayofthemaster So you're proposing that you are punching holes in the evolutionist theory? Funny way of putting yourself High and Mighty against a 14 yr old. I can't say I'm an expert on the subject and I haven't studied it all my life. I like studying history, preferably European military history. Ask Richard Dawkins or S. Hawkings these questions. I'm sure they have an answer. Though I don't think they'd want to do an interview with you though. They said they tire of debating creationists

  • @DeathlyDavid It's YOU that posted here about transitional forms in the first place. You did it by choice and you are free to leave. Stop playing the victim when you don't have to. At least it's nice that you admit when you don't know the answer to a tough question, you're willing to put all your faith in Dawkins' / Hawkin's integrity (not that they have to answer to anyone). Of all people in this world, they are the exception and can be counted on to be unbiased in all things.

  • @thewayofthemaster Yes I posted here but not to YOU. You butted into the conversation. I was talking to Triggerhappy358. I tried posting links other than YT ones and yet it says error when trying to post. "You're a relativist and can't project morals on anyone but yourself" What were you trying to say there? No, I put faith in Dawkins and Hawkins because they are cleverer and smarter than both of us put together!

  • @DeathlyDavid Whose channel is this again? Relativism. It's what left when you say there's no God. No one in authority to tell you what to do or what is right/wrong (I wonder why atheists like this worldview). So each person decides for himself. You can't tell the next person they're wrong if they think torturing babies is fun, because *they* decide what's right or wrong for them. Does that sound right to you? Seems to me that torturing babies would *always* be wrong but not in your worldview.

  • @thewayofthemaster What? the main objective for a living being is to reproduce. By working together we have a greater chance of surviving together and reproducing. Again, go to Morality 1, Good without God. Seriously did you even watch it? It explains what I'm trying to say! Anyway, what makes the bible so morally correct? Its because its the "bible" or what?

  • @DeathlyDavid It's late and I don't know about 14 year olds but it's bedtime over here. I'll leave you with this: You know right/wrong based on your conscience. God has put one in all of us to show us when we lie, steal, cheat, murder, etc, that it's wrong. It's why you and I (and even the person doing it) know that torturing babies is wrong, even though we've never met and live in different circles of life. We are without excuse and when you face God someday, you'll regret not listening to it.

  • @thewayofthemaster Lol wow really? So when the Israelite s laid waste to towns in the bible that didn't violate "Do not Kill" etc? What about the crusades? Spanish inquisition? Witch Hunts? etc etc.? "Do not Kill." Sacrificing babies was one of the rituals of the ancient Carthaginians. The Romans banned it yet this was before Christianity or the Hebrew god had even gotten to Rome? How did they have the heart to ban it if they had no rules for morality?

  • @thewayofthemaster I bet you also want creationism to be taught in schools. If it were, I'd gladly take Greek Mythology... Oh wait you want CHRISTIANITY CREATIONISM taught. Look at it this way, you say the moral code only exists in the bible. The greeks were long before the bible and believed in gods that didn't have a moral code yet they were able to develop Democracy and in sparta, even though it was based off war, the woman had many rights. The bible says women are less than man.

  • @thewayofthemaster I know what you're thinking... Greek Myths were created to describe natural events like the weather! Well, how do you know that, thousands of years from know if humans are still around, when scientists discover how the Universe started, that Christianity was just a myth used by primitive peoples to explain away the creation of the Universe without actually knowing.

  • @thewayofthemaster I only know the basics of evolutionary theory. You asked how do I know Lucy is real? Well, other apes-like creatures that share characteristics with her came before and after her. You ask, why couldn't she just be some random ape? ok then... Where did that type of ape come from? The characteristics are both primitive and advanced. Sign and proof of genetic mutation. What mutation? (see next post)

  • @thewayofthemaster (this is in my OWN words not copied. Something I learned in school from a documentary) The mutation of the jaw occurred over millions of years. The smaller jaw decreased biting power but allowed the brain cavity of growing bigger because the jaw isn't taking up as much space. It occurred so slowly because the lower biting power was a disability in fights and some died before they could reproduce. This is proven with apes like lucy who have an increased brain size than their...

  • @DeathlyDavid It's all speculation and wishful thinking. Again, using Lucy is a bad idea as it's a fictional fossil that was pieced together with different parts. How to explain the variety of apes? Micro evolution, meaning change *within* a species. We see it in every species, with the varieties of dogs, cats even humans. But never has there been a transition of animals *between* species. Another problem with fossils is that you can't even verify that it ever had offspring.

  • @thewayofthemaster My long silence was due to me finding the right video to explain my thoughts. Here it is-/watch?v=lmUGJ3Jh7fc&feature=relmfu Thunderf00t explains nicely things I was about to say.

  • @thewayofthemaster K. Homo sapiens, Cro-Magnon I, 30ky

    L. Homo sapiens, modern

  • @thewayofthemaster The Banana Man was not a routine... just in case that's your comeback

  • The first 30 seconds was a perfect example of an incredibly flawed and misguided Straw-Man argument from creationists. Nice try guys.....

  • @AonaranMan Yes, then we must precede to examine the two religions...

  • @AonaranMan Well, I see no evidence of any other GOD... And my GOD says that He only exists. So I conclude He is The GOD of The Bible

  • @AonaranMan Yes because time, space and matter are created things. While GOD has always existed.

  • lying, and taking advantage of the layman's ignorance, are grave sins, Mr. Comfort

  • I'll try the same retarded argument. If I tell you there is a talking snake right next to me, will you believe me? Well, that's what creationists want you to believe. Or maybe you prefer talking donkeys?

It's funny how you learn about argumentation of these vids. The fallacies are so well built and put together, I find it quite impressive.

  • The blond knows more about science than Ray.

  • I have asked many religious people specifics about religion and they didn't have answers for it! Therefore creationism is false! Wow, that was easier than I thought to disprove creationism. >.> if you're going to try and convince people that evolution is false at least try to be more intelligent with your tactics because this video makes me write you off from the beginning because it means nothing. The only thing this points out is that our science education is piss poor.

  • ray? you know an evolutionist doesn't have to believe in the big bang? there not connected.

  • that disguise itself as a human.(c3)

  • produced the first living being, even worst, the universe came into existence from nothing, by itsef, they "think", everything evolves, it's just matter of time, chance, energy, and the elements in place, no intelligence is allowed.

Monkey believes in such foolishness, but not humans.

Now I know: Every "evolutionists" come from monkeys, but they are not humans. When you speak with an "evolutionist", dont be fooled, he is not a human, what you have in front is a monkey (c2)

  • To believe evolution you need more faith than you need to believe in God...

  • I love my dog.

    Why people is so stupid?

When I was a child I wanted to be a monkey, now I am a man, and i am conscious that there is a God, I am the species which understand better the Creator.

One day "talking" with my dog I asked: Do you beleive that God exists?, and it told me: I am a dog and I know it, how much more you do know it?

So my friends, to the ones who say "there is no God", instead of evolving, you are spoiling your mind.

the more i know the people, the more (c1)

  • what does god look like where is hell where did god come from? theres a few

  • SO WHAT!?!

Research on freshmen at the christian Wheaton College showed

33% couldn't put in order: Abraham, Old Test. prophets, Christ, & Pentecost.

    Half couldn't sequence: Moses, Isaac’s birth, Saul’s death, & Judah’s exile.

33% couldn't identify Matthew as an apostle from a list.

When asked to locate the biblical book supplying a given story:

    33% couldn't find Paul’s travels in Acts

50% Didn't know the Christmas story was in Matthew

50% didn't know the Passover story was in Exodus

  • You interviewed a bunch of ignorant unprepared folks!

you dare to accuse the above ignorants of using the language of speculation? what does that even mean?

Stop assuming science is an other religion, because it is not! It is the formalization of human process of learning from experience. You can't "believe" science, you can at most trust who is doing it is honest. Really every claim must be repeatable or it is not science.

why don't you interview a real physicist and see how stupid you look

  • The way of the smug self-righteous uneducated moron.

  • HEY GUYS! WE GOT SOME COLLEGE KIDS TO GET CONFUSED! THAT PROVES GOD EXISTS!

  • @AonaranMan If you study the evidence, the most logical explanation IS that He rose from the dead.

  • @AonaranMan That the best rebuttal you have? Until then the resurrection is still a historically verified event.

  • @AonaranMan Jesus rose from the dead and was seen by over 500 people. How's that for proof?

  • @jdswiney I am Elvis Presley reborn. I have 500 people that died 20 years ago to attest to it.

  • @Jewgubu Not sure about that. Jesus never claimed to be reborn. He rose from the dead and was seen by 500 people who were STILL ALIVE at the time the claim was made. Nice try, but no.

  • @jdswiney @jewgubu

I think the reborn thing belongs to another religion...

it's mostly off topic because eyewitness really means nothing in science, just think of all the optical illusions around, or how easy it is to "see what you expect" and then find out it was a broom...

  • @AonaranMan He doesn't ignore it. That's the whole point of the argument. You missed the point , again.

  • You can't expect any better than this from Ray. He didn't even know the origin and development of the modern banana. Good Ol' Banana Ray is always good for a laugh.

  • We are now going to look closely at some of the creationists.

True believers use the language of logical fallacies. Because they cannot provide any real proofs, they use fallacies like straw man, false dichotomy, appeals to ignorance and incredulity, appeals to emotion.

  • this is so dumb, I think it gave me brain cancer :(

  • Ray is a fool

  • WHY DO YOU THINK ITS RIGHT TO COMPARE THE UNIVERSE TO YOUR STUDIO! WHY????/

  • "Do you think God had anything to do with this?"

    "Well, *maybe*."

    "*Probably* designed the evolutionary system."

    "*I don't know*"

"*I'm not an expert* on that."

    "*I believe* that he did."

    "It's *possible* that He *could've*."

See? It works both ways because most people don't know.

Theists don't agree on anything so no one knows.

The general public only get a readers digest version of complex theories and usually don't understand it, so they also don't know.

  • Why don't you go to a kindergarten class and ask them to explain unicorns, leprechauns and Santa Claus?

This does a great job showing that many people do not have a full understanding of natural selection.

  • Why don't you go to a kindergarten class and ask them to explain unicorns, leprechauns and Santa Claus?

  • Do you have a clip where you present this argument to actual scientists??

  • @foxhole8063 the brancing tree pattern of Darwnism`s theory is not seen anywhere in the fossile record unless we impose it with our own minds. May i suggest " A scientific dissent from Darwinism " The Scientific Dissent From Darwinism is a short public statement by scientists expressing their skepticism of Neo-Darwinism’s key claim that natural selection acting on random mutations is the primary mechanism for the development of the complexity of life.

  • @heightboosting That's the brainchild of the Discovery Institute - a right wing think tank known for pushing creationism and creating controversy where none actually exists ... like this.

It also says nothing significant. The overwhelmingly accepted current theory (modern evolutionary synthesis) incorporates more than just random mutation / natural selection, so even scientists who don't question evolution would still agree that neo-Darwinism doesn't tell the whole story.

  • @heightboosting Also ... If the Discovery Institute were so confident in creationism, maybe they would have worded it a lot more clearly; something like "We believe the theory of modern evolutionary synthesis is FALSE." ... and then published some actual evidence to support this claim.

In its current form, it's nothing more than a petition, and a badly written one at that.

  • @foxhole8063 If there was a smart person they would edit them out.

  • @DibzIsHere Yeah, I know. Nothing like lying through one's teeth for the LORD.

  • It literally makes me shiver how religion tries so hard to make people stop learning science, while science in its self is a personal study one chooses, and allows them to believe any faith they wish.

  • comfort distorts the real scientific fact so much that even he himself finds it ridiculous, then he keeps going saying how ridiculous the stuff is giving it the same label as the real stuff.

everyone should say "that's your version, not the scientists' " when he tries to define evolution or big bang

  • @AonaranMan I applaud you for pointing that out. It's quite the double standard, isn't it? Haha!

  • @YaOkRight Evolution is not a religion. It is biological science, which has been proven. The only lies are the ones you read in the Holy Bible.

  • LOL... OMG these guys are so stupid... and they LIE LIE LIE!! because they know that people are generally not going to question things that are told to them...

These two morons would have you believe that the big bang was an explosion, and that it is also studied by evolutionary biologists... BOLLUCKS

  • Mike Seaver, you use to be cool :(

  • Nice experts Ray and Kirk

  • internet, were religion comes to die... i confirm this while reading the top comments on what seems to be a religious channel are against the video and as i read below most comments are religion is a minority on the net and a minority were no 2 people can agree with each other. also the difference with this channel and say any science one is that on the science one no ads they are all non profit .... well almost.

    creation is bs

    darwin rules

evolution is real weather you like it or not

  • Kirk and Ray need to stop interviewing regular Joes and go interview some scientists and biologists.

  • @AaronQ1222 People like Christopher Hitchens and many biologists debate with the "best of the best" (as dumb as that sounds) in the field of religion, and completely destroy them. People like kirk and ray know their place and won't go any further than interviewing random people on the street.

Meanwhile astrophysicists and many other scientists don't even bother trying to shed light into these poor people because they understand how stubborn and ignorant religion is.

  • @Pinesol23 I definitely can't argue with you there. You hit the nail right on the head.

  • I would like to state an observation and opinion i have formed. No where in the Bible does it say God didn't use evolution to create His creation. Also, no where does it say that God didn't just poof everything into existence. It does say He breathed life into the world. It doesn't say how He breathed life into existence. There is no scientific proof the Bible is incorrect. Science was developed from the Bible. Science is our way of explaining how we think God designed us.

  • Sorry had to stop watching within the first 15 seconds. The big bang has nothing to do with evolution. Crisis averted let's move along.

  • These kids aren't experts, and they don't fully understand evolution themselves. If he wanted a scientific answer, he should have asked a scientist. These kids are not scientists and don't understand evolution in depth.

A species that comes out of the water would do so very gradually. It would NEVER go from having gills to having lungs. What you would have is a hybridization of the two, originally being very subtle and more like gills. As it evolved, the organs would become more like lungs.

  • @jbailyful Its not too hard for most human brains. Just Ray Comforts.

  • @jbailyful Evolution is not a "fact" in the everyday sense. It is a theory which is to say that is it a well supported explanation. That is a more exact definition of the Theory of Evolution.

  • @Stitchman3875 There are 2 definitions for the word "Theory".

1- A scheme or system of ideas held as an explanation of a group of FACTS; a hypothesis that has been confirmed or established by observation or experiment and is propounded and accepted as accounted for the known FACTS; a statement of what are held to be the general laws, principles, or causes of something known or observed.

2- A hypothesis proposed as an explanation; hence, a mere hypothesis or a set of ideas abt something.

  • @Stitchman3875 Scientists use the 1st definition when refering to evolution, creationists and ignorant buffoons use the second.

  • @jbailyful A theory is the appropriate well supported explanation of facts, but it is not the fact itself. Facts are absolute and unchangeable, theories are changeable as they are permeable to new information that can enhance, alter, or disregard it as a whole. As it stands, Evolution is the best scientific explanation for the diversification of life. Either way, creationists are wrong in their approach to science.

  • @Stitchman3875 Actually I would have to say that regardless of all your discussions on definitions of words Evolution is as much a fact if not more so than gravity. There are theories which disprove even einsteins relativity theory, but there is nothing I repeat NOT ONE theory that disproves evolution by natural selection! Everything from the fossil record to new breakthroughs in genetics back up Darwins (if i may say) beautiful theory. Evolution by natural selection is a FACT.

  • Was it male or female? How stupid can you get Ray !

    Species evolve, whole breeding populations.

  • This is a nonsense video. Pieces of evidence for evolution 1. Change in allelic distribution in a population in just one generation 2. Adaptation 3. Vestigial Features 4. Extinction 5. Bacterial resistance to drugs 6. Homologous and Analogous features 7. Dinosaur bones and lastly, something can come out of nothing, since a few quantum particles have the ability to pop in and out of existence naturally. go read a science textbook. I'm only 19 and I know more than the interviewer
  • @woonawoona crap. i thought i was the only one at my age to look into the same stuff. good research my good sir. unfortunately your going to encounter soo many dumb people that cant even grasp some of the simplest ideas or concepts and will never understand. its frustrating dealing with people who cant think.

  • @woonawoona Well presented my friend :) But for me the most important evidence which you missed out is we now (more or less) have the genetic code for life on this planet. Simply looking at genomes of different species it is there for all to see that all species of life on this world are related. Also Ray comfort is himself evidence! He obviously has devolved by a couple of thousand years so if there is devolution then by definition there must be evolution.

  • @woonawoona

You don't know anything, you just know how to type things that sound smart to the uneducated. How does extinction prove that everything came from a big bang?Bacterias resistance to drugs is not evolution ,it is a result of a loss of genetic sophistication.Dinosaur bones are anti evolution and they support the global flood as they were rapidly buried in mud in order to be preserved and fossilized, this happened globally to globally preserve the bones. There are NO vestigial features

  • @YaOkRight "How does extinction prove that everything came from a big bang?"

Who says it did? "Bacterias resistance to drugs is not evolution ,it is a result of a loss of genetic sophistication." You're kidding, right?

  • if evolution is true then im going to jump off an air ballon until i develop wings.lol. thank you Lord Jesus for using these guys to prove to me even more of ow fake evolution is and how real you are to me in my life.

  • @uriel621 Jumping out of a ballon would prove evolution, survial of the smartest.

  • @uriel621 If you expected to "evolve" wings in the time it takes to hit the ground, then you are better off believing in Jesus. If your faith is that strong, then surely he'd save you anyway, right?

  • @Jude2Mahoney may ray jump out of a plain to test if evolution or Jesus will save him. im happy with the out come i think will happen. im sure every one else would like to see and post it on you tube. cmon ray DO IT!

  • @muaythaijunky Lol, it'd be an interesting career move for Ray Comfort to prove his faith in God, or Gods ability to be able to intervene and save him. I rather think I know the outcome of this too, and of course, no REAL Christian would do this in an attempt to prove their faith...

  • ok,...we are supposed to believe in intelligent design because you interviewed a bunch of "regular" people on the street. What about actual debate with specialists in the field. The sad thing is this is the dumbing down of America. Please also tell me how you can PROVE the exisitance of God.

Science is the language of truth.

  • Comment removed

  • I feel like a genius watching this.... LOL. Why are you even interviewing those ignorant fools in the first place? Why aren't you talking to experts on the topic. evolutionary biologists, cosmologists and physicists would probably be the right people to talk to. You are such an idiot Ray, you make me laugh so bad! When I first saw the Banana video I thought you were joking! Imagine my surprise when I found out you seriously believe that crap!

  • @bigfilmhat

    NZ not AUS

  • @nickwade1

If I was an Aussie, I wouldn't want to claim him either.

  • Lol Ray, your so stupid. You can't expect random people to understand evolution. You understand less than these people, there's plenty of evidence. Not only did we evolve from apes, we're still apes and surprisingly enough, evolution has nothing to do with the origin of life, or the universe for that matter evolution is, basically, population genetics. Consult scientists not random people on the streets.

  • @jbailyful Similar questions were asked of scientist in the movie Expelled & similar answers were given. I believe Ruse said that life started off of on the backs of crystals. WTF

It seems no matter who you ask the magic word always seems to be evolution. Can you be more specific? No It just evolved. The Modern Synth is dead. I at least give credit to the Altenburg 16 attendees for at least openly questioning the limitations of this of this paradigm and for proposing a new extended synthesis.

  • @benthemiester I advise you to read the greatest show on earth for richard dawkins; you'd be struck by all the evolutionary evidence. However if you read it and do not get convinced, you either do not understand what you read, or you have impaired brain functioning...But I am sure, it'll persuade you!

  • @jbailyful Dawkin's is a former professor who writes books and makes speeches charging 10's of thousands of dollars in speaking fee's. I find his arguments not only weak but intellectually unsatisfying and philosophically bankrupt. He believes that a persons own personal world views should be kept out of science. This in itself is something we all can agree on, however he fails to follow his own advise. He speaks on the evils of spirituality & faith and also tries to incorporate science.

  • @benthemiester yeah lad, that is your opinion about dawkins, u may be right...I am not discussing his character here afterall...and lets not bring faith and religion into this, i was only defending evolution...I mentioned the greatest show on earth because it brings very compelling FACTUAL evidence for the theory of evolution, nothing more nothing less...have a good one!

  • @jbailyful I think there is factual evidence for the theory of evolution also.

Everyone knows thing change over time, well at least most do. What is now being questioned is the limits of Darwinian evolution. Molecule to man, common decent, the limits of natural selection. The theory seems to work well for micro changes but explains nothing about origins itself. The evidence in this regard is extrapolated and done so in a vacuum. Any other theory is discarded because of theological implications.

  • @benthemiester Of course Darwinian evolution will have limits, and it does. Any theory that takes geological time into account will have limitations, as you can't go billions of years back in time to erase those limitations. Concerning the origins, you do not have to look at evolution to justify them, the theory you should look at is abiogenesis. Well, of course both theories overlap at some point, but evolution is to eluciade the concept of decent with modification, not 'the origins'.

  • @jbailyful Yes it is limited in explaining molecule to man. The modern synthesis says that evolution started after life began from the simplest molecule to man. Modern post ENCODE biology has made the questions and processes much more complex than we ever imagined. We don't have to go back to abiogenesis, a subject that the vast majority of chemical evolutionist have all but given up on except for a dozen or less scientist. Abiogenesis is simply chocked up to chemical evolution by most.

  • @benthemiester Alright well, let's disregard abiogenesis then. When you say 'molecule to man', it does indeed sound like a mystery. However, if you look at the gradations, which is the key word here, it then breaks down and becomes very plausible. You are made of molecules after all.

And the simple fact that the genetic code is universal adds more sense to what I am saying...if you see what I mean...

  • @jbailyful The genetic code is species specific. It is not a 1 size fits all. If u know how errors in the duplicating system which are usually harmful or neutral can change an amoeba into a mammal then write a paper and share it with the rest of the world.

How does this magic mutation become fixed into a species & create the new genetic info without using great leaps of imagination. How do u explain C value Enigma? Where are the fossils & why cant we build a cross species phylogenetic tree?

  • @benthemiester hehe man you're asking me to prove to you what millions of scientists have been working on for years! this is exactly what all creationists do in order to prove evolution wrong...the genetic code is UNIVERSAL, one codon codes for amino acid 'X" in YOU, in a snail and in a dinosaur... and again you are making the mistake of ignoring geological time, and amoeba does not change DIRECTLY into a mammal...those mutations take ages to occur.

  • @jbailyfulNot all genetic information is stored using the genetic code. All organisms' DNA contains regulatory sequences, intergenic segments, and chromosomal structural areas that can contribute greatly to phenotype. Those elements operate under sets of rules that are distinct from the codon-to-amino acid paradigm underlying the genetic code. SOURCE PUBMED

  • @benthemiester and if u want me to write and elaborate on that, i cant write a paper about it, i need to write millions of BOOKS to include all the mutations and all the changes that occur, this will take more than the evolutionary time needed for this amoeba to evolve!! what a stupid statement!

  • @jbailyful Amino acids are not nucleotides. The transcription process occurs before messenger RNA converges with the ribosome to form proteins through amino acid sequence.

  • @benthemiester hahaha dude i know all that stuff, and it has nothing against evolution!! it reinforces it, in fact...I am sorry lad, i will stop replying to non-sense, I am rly sorry, but i am wasting my time here...nice arguing with ya!
