farrrakhan implicitly addressed this, in pt. 5 of the video, about the past with his father and his father's mistakes, which was why michael felt the need to forgive him in the first place. yes his father "hated" michael when he was alive from the time he was a child, but that was rooted in a sort of lop-sided love for michael which came from the way his father was raised. this is no excuse, but it is clear they had reconciliation, and in the end, there was no hate between them.
