Kwan sao is a dangerous block against a roundhouse kick. I know some really powerful kickers that can break bones.......but great wing chun/ving tsun.
@taocircle Not unless you practice this drill everyday combined with wooden dummy training. The forearms would be able to take a few since the bones of the forearm has gotten stronger. Also, has your friends kicked moving targets before. Kicking stationary objects and moving objects...the power difference is huge. The wing chun guy is not gonna stand there. Have a guy be kicked while he's moving around with a kicking shield. Tell me the difference.
