I first saw this back in 1993 on HBO. I loved it and to be honest I got hooked. I now spend my free time doing research and documenting as much as I can. La Cosa Nostra is not gone they are just leaner. This documentary is probably the best when it comes to Made men and Associates telling their stories.

1 thing that get's me about scarfo was he was a paranoid egotistical maniac...that once thought a horse had plotted to kill him haha .1day he went horse riding and the horse threw him into ..,. He thought the horse had planned it.so what did he do to the horse he pushed off the cliff..?

Just a little info for all the mafia fanatics on here,at 40:30 Tommy talks about a hit ordered by Nicky Scarfo on fellow wiseguy Chuckys son which happens to be the now infamous Skinny Joey Merlino.Tommy put himself in jeopardy by refusing to do it.Never new about this untill watching this documentary.this is worth watching.
