Everything you mentioned about the q5 is in the glk 350...i've test driven both of these cars and found them to have exactly alike interior features....the only difference is in the steering but since u mentioned the audi q5's inner comparisons to the others, all of them have the same thing. u just used better words to describe the q5. dont think you can fool people with that crappy review.

@NoCreativeNameGirl Wow, someone's a sore loser. MotorTrend's one of the premier car magazines in the US. I'm pretty sure everyone's going to take their word over yours. That said, everyone has different tastes. Some people (like you) will prefer the MB. Others (like me) will prefer the Audi and the BMW over the rest. Whatever the case may be, don't take your anger on the reviewers. They're just doing their job.

@blizzardofoz LOL LMAO BHAHAHAHAH Umm, i also drive a Q5 babe....the 2011 audi q5 White on Cinnamon Brown Premium S line....so calling me a sore loser is quite an ignorant statement :) I was only annoyed with his lack of a professional review, he only used words like "well" "good" "great" to describe the cars he liked and the ones he didnt as "not good" "bad" "not impressive".......THATS NOT A REVIEW FOR CARS!!! That doesnt prove anything for car shoppers.

@blizzardofoz And my sister does drive a GLK and absolutely loves it...so both cars are same category and same price and both have their own respective PROS and CONS....something this armature reviewer forgot to mention about each of the 4 cars in the review, a very poor job.

I've been inside a Lexus almost everyday and you know they drive smooth then a Audi  And Mercedes drives smooth too but Chrysler makes Mercedes and Volvo has problems

he doesnt know anything... the glk sport mode allows it to access first gear (faster acceleration) and it also makes shifts faster, and the revs double on average. i would know because i own one, amazing car, used to own a volvo and it was crap.

i think from what i've seen thus far on the road, the lexus RX is the most popular of this particular competition. I haven't seen any Volvo SUV's, i've seen a few Mercedes glK's and the Audi Q5, they're also a few but more than GLK's. However, from what i've seen thus far like on every corner the RX 350 is the solid choice of SUV between these comparisons.

I really like the Volvo.

I think the simplicity of the interior just makes it a nicer place to be. And while the exterior is pretty striking, I don't find it as "shouty" as the merc. Audi Q5 is probably the better all-rounder, but for everyday use, and occasional off-roading, I'd go with the Volvo. Though I don't think anyone can be blamed for picking one over the other, it's just personal preference with vehicles this similar.

Every time I see a GLK350, I think it's Dodge Nitro that someone has but a merc front end on. I have been shopping for one of these but I ended up liking the Edge and MKX better than any of these. Interior is nicer on the Audi, but overall the Edge and MKX where peppier to drive had better standard features (Limited level) than any of these. I am waiting till the 2011 come out, but I plan on pre-order ASAP.

The audi would be unstoppable if they put the same 2.0L turbo 4 used in the a3,a4,vw gti, passat, passat cc and vw tiguan under the hood. But I guess they wouldn't want to take sales away from the Tiguan.

I have seen all of them, and tested them, and read them. And the only one that is nice is the Volvo, and THEN the Audi. The Volvo has the nicest interior by far. The others are kind of clutters and "clunky" The seats are all nice tough.

I just don't understand how sporty steering is important when it comes to small SUVs... These editors focus on the strangest things... I owned a 2007 BMW x3 and now own a mercedes Benz glk350 and the tight sporty steering can get annoying in a parking lot... Not to mention that the tight suspension is way more punishing than the glks more luxurious ride...
