@Dakamum. The guy at 0.37 is Cdr. Chagai Atem. He was the one who did the mobilisation of recruits in the Twic and Bor area for Bilpam.

@Dakamum. Gen. Chagai is now in Juba, Sudan, he is retired from the SPLA now.......he was retired at the rank of a Lt.Gen (same as Salva then) by Dr.Garang in 2005 just after the signature of CPA. He has been working as an advisor to the President of GOSS on wounded Veterans affairs as of Last year. I don't know if he is still in that position now.
