Space Invaders is copy written not patented. The name is held under legal jurisdiction. Yet the gameplay mechanics "moving left to right and shooting enemies that appear" is not patented or covered and it cannot be covered or patented within the law to a certain degree. Because that would almost be like patenting a genre which is legally void.

Space Battle is kinda good. But it's weird how your secondary weapon gets reloaded when you resume a game. What's gonna stop us from just using up all our special weapon's ammo in each level and quitting and reentering the game to see the ammo reloaded again? Unfortunately though I own a Zune30 and from experience, the D-pad doesn't suit long periods of playing Space Battle. Oh and THANK GOD they included a difficulty setting for Poker. The previous version was so stupid. Everyone just folds.
