Well, i guess it's some good info but, you shouldn't take this too serious, coz even tho it happens, it's not the biggest issues in the world, i mean, it's a rare event to get you identity stolen. you should worry more about getting mugged etc, because that happens alot more than identity theft.

Yes, true, all i said was that it isn't something that happens everyday to everyone, people who take this too serious and checks every day, are simply paranoid. Beside, loose money happens when you get mugged, when someone rob a bank and when someone hacks onto your computer and goes to your bank (keyloggers) and all these things happens... i don't know.. 90% in all the cases and identity theft happens at a max of 5%

it's a great fear tactic for software companies to make money. Next time you walk into Officemax, Staples, Best Buy, etc. see how many software boxes say "Safer" and "Protect/Prtotection" on them.
