  • I agree with the part about stretching your ab. I've been having problem with lower back pain and mostly my left leg. The typical back stretches don't seem to help much. One day I use my friend's "Inversion table". I didn't want to use at first 'cause I thought it was going to hurt my back even more. But man, I feel way better stretching my back "up down side" and I think it's because I stretch out my ab the way you described. I use computer every day for like 14 hours.
