i know a family that has one main computor in the family room, their two kids have laptops that the parents will - and do- check all the time. they keep a tight leash on their children as parent should do, if they see some odd ball asking for feet videos or some other odd request they report it and delete the comment or request. it is up to the parents in the end, parent, dont just think the kids are doing ok, get in there and do your job.
You know, the best solution to this problem on YouTube is for the unengaged parents to get with it, put their foot down, and not allow their children to get create a channel (esp. if age is below the YouTube limit per terms of use--good lesson also in not lying about your age). At the very least, they ought to vigorously monitor the channel. They can also make videos private for only their confirmed friends, and/or disallow communication from random users.

Why should anyone be investigated for having a sexual preference if they don't impinge on the rights of others in practice? Potential crime is not a crime.

I found several cases through a google search of people being charge with corruption of minors for acting out foot fetishes. Of course the major difference being that those people actually did things (sucking child's toes). I never said there wasnt a problem, I said I wasnt sure there was a crime. There's clearly a problem. Anyways, it was all cleared up quite clearly for me over on DPRjones channel, since DPRjones a) posted clips of the videos submitted, but more importantly b) some one posted a transcript of the questions asked, and showed evidence that Wallyo seems to have done this before, only asking for clothed pictures of the girls in the shower once the foot videos where made, which is undauntedly a crime.
And it's funny to see that he changed his approach. His first requests asked for a description and the kids would only say it out loud. Then he started asking them to describe and show and mentioning "barefoot" over and over, asking to explain the part of the foot and what not. He realized his first requests resulted in people talking to the cam and it was not what he wanted.
There's this youtuber called "findmylostshoe" posted a video with the same request and in the description she wrote "this is a response to a video request i received a few days ago from Pookah0666..."
This guy had more than one account, and he made these requests for a long time. You have videos from 2007, 2008 and i haven't checked if there was any from 2009, but it wouldn't surprise me.
There's a point where common sense needs to be involved.
For example, if someone climbs your tree, and they fall and break their leg, it's their fault for climbing the goddamn tree.
Similarly, if these children were old enough to realize what was going on, then they could have made a conscious decision about whether to satisfy his wishes. If they weren't, their parents need to PARENT.

When the heat is turned up on him, or his account is banned, he simply makes a new one and resumes his predation. He devotes his every waking hour to this. As long as he has access to a computer, this man isn't going to stop.

You must also take into account the videos that weren't tagged with a username. Try searching "11000 feet tall", "23000 feet tall", "Who I would squish", or "If I were a giant", or any variations thereof. Since the time he started doing this, the large, jumbled question he asks has gone virtually unchanged. I know this because my younger sister unwittingly participated in one of his video requests over a year ago. I've reported him to every authority I can think of, but he keeps coming back.
Apparently it's been that way for some time. Possibly for as long as the account's been active. I've been writing to other youtube users in hopes others get involved in getting the warning out about this guy and others like him, you were actually next on the list, would you still like the PM or is this a sufficient request?

Do you really think a very popular and public site such as youtube isn't monitored by the authorties for this kind of thing? Obviously it wasn't high on their to do list.
Furthermore, if you think it's going unnoticed do you really think the best way to get someone to do something about it to post up a video based on conjecture. How about contacting the police? There is a reason why we have a legal system.

Why should anyone be investigated for having a sexual preference if they don't impinge on the rights of others in practice? Potential crime is not a crime.
How is the community itself NOT sufficient to keep these "potential" guys at bay through education/awareness? Why should the COPS participate in parenting? Where does the "potential crime" argument end? If someone regularly gets upset at their spouse should they be reported to the COPS as pre-domestic violence perpetrators?

There's a difference between suggesting prosecution of someone before they've comitted a crime and suggesting that action is taken. Any suspicion of paedophillic intentions should be enough to prompt us to raise awareness and make it clear that certain behaviour must stop. If Wallyo777 was indeed innocent, then no great harm done, it's not a lynching. If law enforcement are contacted, they should make their own judgement of the evidence before taking any action of their own.

That sounds like a thought crime of sorts. Please post a link to ANY statute that says that, I really want to see as I cannot find any. e.g. A state of nudity (of victim) must exist as an element I think when there isn't an overt act. Otherwise, all the vid requests for any valid YT vids could be illegal. How do/can you know what a person does or likes when they WATCH any vid in their own home? Such a statute would be beyond untenable. Google "moral panic".

I agree that its definitely a difficult thing to pin down, but I dont think that we should just ignore it either. I found several cases through a google search of people being charge with corruption of minors for acting out foot fetishes. Of course the major difference being that those people actually did things (sucking child's toes). However I do think its similar because in that case, how do you prove that the person was doing it for sexual pleasure? (It was fathers with their children)

The point is that this could be a stepping stone, and I think its a major warning flag when you see something like this. It doesnt mean we should panic, but I do think its worth at least asking a professional about, and letting others know. The best case scenario is that this is just some normal guy who thought he would have some fun or whatever.

I never said there wasnt a problem, I said I wasnt sure there was a crime. There's clearly a problem. Anyways, it was all cleared up quite clearly for me over on DPRjones channel, since DPRjones a) posted clips of the videos submitted, but more importantly b) some one posted a transcript of the questions asked, and showed evidence that Wallyo seems to have done this before, only asking for clothed pictures of the girls in the shower once the foot videos where made, which is undauntedly a crime.

And it's funny to see that he changed his approach. His first requests asked for a description and the kids would only say it out loud. Then he started asking them to describe and show and mentioning "barefoot" over and over, asking to explain the part of the foot and what not. He realized his first requests resulted in people talking to the cam and it was not what he wanted.

There's this youtuber called "findmylostshoe" posted a video with the same request and in the description she wrote "this is a response to a video request i received a few days ago from Pookah0666..."
This guy had more than one account, and he made these requests for a long time. You have videos from 2007, 2008 and i haven't checked if there was any from 2009, but it wouldn't surprise me.

There's a point where common sense needs to be involved.
For example, if someone climbs your tree, and they fall and break their leg, it's their fault for climbing the goddamn tree.
Similarly, if these children were old enough to realize what was going on, then they could have made a conscious decision about whether to satisfy his wishes. If they weren't, their parents need to PARENT.

He has also gone by the handles Pookah666, Pookah0666, Shannonx134, Garyx22, and likely an assortment of others (run a search on them, you'll be sickened). When the heat is turned up on him, or his account is banned, he simply makes a new one and resumes his predation. He devotes his every waking hour to this. As long as he has access to a computer, this man isn't going to stop.

You must also take into account the videos that weren't tagged with a username. Try searching "11000 feet tall", "23000 feet tall", "Who I would squish", or "If I were a giant", or any variations thereof. Since the time he started doing this, the large, jumbled question he asks has gone virtually unchanged. I know this because my younger sister unwittingly participated in one of his video requests over a year ago. I've reported him to every authority I can think of, but he keeps coming back.
