As a male pilot who was trying to get work in the early 90s it was well known that if you didn't have a dick you had a better chance of getting a job...due to the political correctness of the industry at the time......if she deserves her place good on her...i just hope she wasn't appointed just because she is a woman
Big deal. *engaging sarcasm mode* These days, i hear that women are fighter pilots in the RAF too. Heck even where i work, there are woman pilots and crewmembers on board survielance aircraft. At the end of the day she's just another pilot in the RAF regardless of gender.

They're only a mans thing because women weren't allowed in the airforce until recently and they make up a small proportion of the raf.
