Dude...That place looks ridiculously dank!!! I love those do it yourself type places. The first time I ever had that pepper oil extract sauce, I didn't know what it was. It was in a small cup, with a tiny spoon, rather than a dropper like that. Being a huge spicy enthusiast, I thought I could handle it, but I didn't realize how potent it was. I put like a whole spoonful in my soup, and ended up with absurdly spicy soup...

I never let go of the meat in the pot. I've been told Shabu Shabu means Swish Swish so that's what I do. Swish it back and forth a few times and it's cooked just that fast, and tastes great.
