This was my favorite cereal ever. It really had the fragrance of a fresh strawberry shortcake. The milk turned pink.

oh lord. I remember this stuff. I used to sit my SSC doll (with her bright frizzy hair that smelled like fake strawberries) next to my bowl and play with her while I ate it. As I recalled it tasted pretty icky, but come on. It's SSC. I loved it anyway. Along with E.T. cereal that tasted like peanut butter. The carebear cereal that came with free stickers in it. And the smurf cereal.

I didn't know there was a cereal of Strawberry shortcake until now. So no Strawberry shortcake shaped characters just strawberry shaped? It sort of reminds me of Frankenberrys & the smurf berry cereal(I loved the smurfs cereal.) does the milk turn pink in the cereal bowl & taste like strawberry milk 2? eww.

Awww... the Strawberry we all know and love, not that new, ugly imposter! lol. On the box her hat has strawberries on it but her hat is plain pink. Watch when she holds the box up by her face.

Yes. Let's put it this way: there is already an online petition to bring this cereal back. The way I look at it, that probably won't happen unless there are two versions: a healthful one for breakfast, and a sweet-tooth one for dessert. We all know the parental stipulations about 'everything has too much sugar.'
