Loved this talky. As someone who is trying to lose weight, I love it when you post your recipes. It is so hard to know what taste good and is low on calories. I have been eating your spinach salad every other week and it is so yum. If you can and on those days that you don't know what to talk about, please please please share more of your recipes.

try fat free greek yogurt (face brand, trader joes). it's more tangy, nutritious, and creamier.
