What happens when you have to clean the tub? If someone goes into the shower with really dirty feet, then what happens? Also soap scum buildup, I can imagine it would build up faster with that coating.
safe yourself the trouble and just buy a rubber safety bath mat, you wet the floor of the bathtub and put the safety rubber bath mat in the bath tub and press down so the bath mat anchors itself because of the section cups and there you have it. very safe.

What your are using is a dangeouus acid, ok for a bandade fix for steel tubs.
I use what KOHLER CO recommends the ROG clenaers this brings back the safe guard with no problems
