Bit of a mistake. Spidey runs on empty with both his shooters, then only refilled his left webshooter, yet he's seen slinging with both webshooters a few seconds later.

And THEN you see him reload his right one at 2:19.

So, any damage/tweaks/changes made to their relationship in the continuity will get Ret-Con'd for the 34th time soon enough. Then we'll be back to the JMS period of "Soul Mates Forever," and all the garbage of the last few years will have never occurred. Of course, I give *that* about a year, at the most, before they destroy it all over again...

@keysersoze5 Yeah...never mind the fact that Marvel has just begun their own massive universe reboot ala DC's 52 Reset. So, I would take what Mr. Slott says with a grain of salt. He won't be Spidey's writer forever and, as we know, Marvel can be as fickle with their continuity choices as DC is, especially when it does not have the Fan-Reaction they were hoping for. MJ's removal, for the most, from Pete's love life sold some comics, but putting them back together in a big way will sell more.

Gah! This show ended with SOOO much potential! They were setting it up for the Hobgoblin, Carnage, as well as other classic Spidey villians. I wouldn't be surprised if they did a whole clone saga arc as well! Dang it, this show had at least 5 more seasons left in it. At the least!!

I love this show — it reminds me so much of real old-school Spider-man comics, what with the hyperenergetic fights and sarcastic banter and whacked-out villains and teenage-ness, and just the general atmosphere of the show. Yeah, there's some whitewashing to make it little-kid-friendly, but it's easy to look past that.

One problem with the Goblin's voice: why does he only have one token laugh that he repeats again? This is where Mark Hamill nailed The Joker in my opinion; as he has said in interviews, laughter is like a musical instrument, it changes depending on the mood or the context and therefore the notes that a Voice Actor hits should change constantly to reflect that.

When an actor just does one phoned-in laugh it's quite jarring to listen to and somewhat breaks the audience's suspension of disbelief.

Essentially, it highlights that Peter Parker is a genius. At the very least, he is quite smart. He's certainly not 'Batman Smart', but he's no slouche.

No, there is one comic version where he gets abdcted by some Spider Queen person who changes him (to e her mate) so he ends up having organic web as well as stringers at his wrist. I'm not sure which universe it is, though. I just remember coming over that issue somewhere... I do think he lost that ability eventually for some reason...

@MrAbyss666 in the comics if you read them cuz my dad has them from his childhood so i read them. he only had the spider senses, enhanced reflexives and wall crawling. but to make himself be more of a spider he built the web shooters for his wrist. the movie got it all wrong...
