  • i enjoyed this vid

  • Congratulations!

  • This is unfortunately not true. As a doctor from London, I graduated at 22 having done 6 years, with a distinction in medicine, over 10 prizes and a first class degree in Immunology at 19 - from University College London. I started working as a doctor at 22, I was certainly NOT the only one at that age. I did not think it was that big a deal at the time so did not go to Indian news or the Daily Mail claiming this stuff. She is bright and deserves success but it's simply not true that 22=youngest

  • @cherrysoulful Just remember that it doesn't matter what age you graduate at. Everyone graduating at 22 will eventually be 30 or 40 years old and then its worth looking at your achievements. Graduating at 22 is really quite small beer and is frequent. She has to get through medical school and pass those exams and then postgraduate ones.

  • It is great that she had the good opportunity. I was interested in many things when I was a kid. I once attended to a tutorial class 2 years senior class and was comfortable with the questions and was first to answer many questions. It was all self thought and there was no encouragement from my family or teachers. Now, I am thinking back, alas there was no such thing as skipping grades or no special training. So this graduating at an early age has a lot to do with the system.

  • ye no wonder asians get so much shit for being smart damn

  • iq of 170? that is unreal

  • Is this possble say if you are 15 and have a iq of 108.

  • @maffia440 Nope.

  • @JonnyPxN well thats heart breaking

  • @maffia440 Can't sugar coat it.

  • Technically the record for youngest PhD is at 14 ... by Sheldon Cooper =)

  • @carfan2k2 hahaha, no one can beat sheldon, hes the chuck norris of intellect

  • brown people and eastern asians taking down the white man .. NICE !!! hahaha

  • @carfan2k2 =)

  • Lmao, last line: "Eee-ssex"

  • She's basically only a year ahead of everyone else, which tbh is definately possible :P

I hear there is a new record now anyway (:

  • Rachael Faye Hill has just become the youngest one aged 21 years and 352 days....

I'm personally of Indian descent so I'm quite proud of Heenal Raichuria, but I'm particularly happy that these two are two brilliant GIRLS....

    Hats' off to them!!...

  • This is simply not true. In my medical school year, there were several people who started at age 17 and qualified at 22, including myself: there was a scheme in 1960s Britain to do a four year course to O level - taken at age 15 and A level at 16/17. In those days the legal age for matriculation was supposed to be 18. I am not saying this is necessarily a good thing as probably 17 is too early to start medicine and 22 too early to graduate - but it certainly gets you off to an early start

  • @digitalis112

It's astounding because usually graduating medical school takes 5 to 6 years, but to be a qualified doctor you need to do F1, F2, then specialise, which takes even longer. The average person get's their degree at 23, but she is starting job as a doctor at 23...and THAT does not happen often at all.

I don't know where you are, but what you said is definitely not the norm. Unless you're not even talking about medicine.

  • INDIAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA

  • genius people deserves it...

  • yeah we need more people like this in the world but they are rare - less than 1% of the population.

  • @sekula1999 people with IQ in the 150 + try less less then .0001% lol

  • yeah she went my skol!! :)

  • she did her main thing at st georges / ibsc at ucl

iv actually met her at uch..very down to earth and nice doctor..best wishes to her!

  • No, she went to George's for her MB. Only went UCL for her intercalated degree, I think. But anyhow, your point still stands. It's not normal and usually not encouraged in UK.

  • Wow ... more power to her!!!

  • shes actually pretty damn hot

  • hell yeah i want her to be my doctor!

  • we need more people like this in the world

  • Not a mention of where she ACTUALLY did Medicine: St. George's, University of London

Also: LOL at how he said Essex :D

  • oh congratulations, I wish I was a brainy person like you , because my biggest dream in my life would become a qualified Doctor of Medicine eventually to become Surgeon, MAJORITY OF ASIANS PEOPLE ARE VERY CLEVER ESPECIALLY WHEN IT COMES TO MATH AND SCIENCE INCLUDING CHINA, JAPAN, SINGAPORE, HONG KONG, INDIA, KOREA, PHILIPPINES, VIETNAM ETC.

  • What do you study now?

  • Comment removed

  • i really wanna be a doctor too but im nowhere near as clever as her or the average medical student so i have no choice but to work my ass off! :( good luck to you!

  • well, it is a well based fact that the most important trait to be successfull is willpower, rather than iq

  • straight up but an IQ of 170 definately helps

  • but trust me on this, the aptitude to work, is the most essential factor in medicine (and memory).

  • She also received GULLANDS EXCELLENCE AWARD 2008 from the NRI Institute, UNIQUE ACHIEVEMENT AWARD 2008 from Nagrecha Trust and GLORY OF INDIA 2009 AWARD.

She has also danced in Imtiaz Ali's new production AAJ AUR KAL (2009) in which Saif Ali Khan, Deepika Padukone and British actress Florence Brudenell-Bruce act.
