i have 2 herniated disc L4-L5 L5-S! i have done kayac 8 years .....i dont know what to do :) some doctors tell me to do operation and some tell me to wait more time to see how im feel dont know what to do

I had a Hernia at L5-S1 at the age of 12. I had a surgery but then at the old way.

i have a slipped disk and i slipped it when i was only 12 and no one will give me surgery until i cant move becuase i am so young but i cant do any sports and i am in a lot of pain

@baderbdr87 its all good lol i go a doctor and helps the pain go down a little bit but it's never completely gone but im doing alot better from when it first happened im doing sports now

i'm not sure if i had EXACTLY what you had done but i had part of mine removed by Dr. Bybee in Modesto, Ca and it is awesome! especially because i can feel my leg again lol

I'm only 16 and had this surgery o.o
