I would like some input on how Raw Vegans are meant to get the correct forms of Vitamin A, Vitamin D, Coenzyme Q12 and even...cholesterol (?): "a potent antioxidant..." etcetera in their diets. Sunlight, our own bodies and other sources outside 'tooth and claw living' are supposedly INSUFFICIENT. I'd appreciate a response or a reference.
