Hmm it looks like you do need a new fan im only 13 but this ahs happend to me my brother smokes alot and he got all the tabbaco caougth in the fan so i bought a new one i turned it no off then it just was normal when i turned it back on but i saved up and bought a new one still because i didn't trust it anyway thats my advice :D
get a new one cuz that happened 2 me then the inside of my 360 whent BOOM!! well it did not explode the only thing that happened was it blew up from inside lol.
Ive sorted the problem now lol,
it was my wireless controller!
It was rigged up it wudlnt dis-connect
so i bought a wired one and its fine now.

you console might be charging a contraler it happend to mine wene my controler wasint carged unpluggd my shit and it work perfectly
