I used to love this show. I probably still would, if I got around to re-watching it. The one big thing that stood out to me, though, was that I had the same birthday as Hamtaro himself: August 6th. I've always thought that was cool.

I really miss this show. It was my favorite show when I wad younger. I always used to draw them too with the big eyes and everything.Didn't care if my bro made fun of me for it. Bijon was my favorite, simply because she had ribbons on her. I wondered what happened to it because it suddenly stopped showing one day. I'm sad it got canceled.

@233kirby They made 180 more episodes in Japan too, but America didn't want to keep dubbing them because they didn't like some of the things that were in the later seasons, like magic hamsters and stuff. That or it just wasn't popular enough in North America... which I don't believe because all my friends and I used to watch this all the time...

@2MtnDewsandaCoke The new Pokemon episodes are pretty much worth it for Jason Griffith (the voice of Sonic after Ryan Drummond and before Roger Craig Smith). It's a pity that he doesn't voice Sonic anymore but I'm glad he now voices Cilan in Pokemon: Black & White.
