  • nice try

  • Ok, so let's just compare wolves and dogs for a sec. Dogs will take a command, wolves probably won't because they are less trusting in nature.

So, are wolves stupid compared to dogs? (No way!)

So, in the same way, are cats stupid compared to dogs?

  • @Clo3Mel

    cats: stupid brain less animal

wolf: a mother nature dog wich later on become more friendly

dog: an animal wich is the evolution of the wolf they are friendly

cat: not lisening poopin and get 1 rat every year...

dog: served for police blind people and guarding alot more (even hunting)

  • @PSYDEN159 How do you know cats are brainless? And you are telling a biased opinion of dogs, instead of both their pros and cons.

  • @Clo3Mel

    they have small brain

    case closed!

  • @PSYDEN159 So they do have a brain /sarcasm

Cats ONLY have smaller brains because they are less sociable.

    Less sociable =/= less smart

  • @Clo3Mel

    YEP

  • @PSYDEN159 So you are agreeing less sociable doesn't equal less smart? Because =/= means doesn't equal.

    0.o

  • Keep training, and training, and train

  • They both are amazing and I dont think one is smarter than the other, love both my cat and dog, and they love each other and me.

  • cats dont love u they care about food and shelter

  • @sikhking3 they do love you if they didnt why dont they just run off if they see other food and shelter? YEH KNO WUT....YUR A DOG!

  • Cats are far more independent and can take care of themselves better.

    - Provide adequate food and water and a cat can be left home alone for a few days while you go on vacation. Dogs can't.

    - Cats can be toilet trained.

    - Dogs will take a command, cats do as "they" please.

    - Cats give themselves a bath.

    - Although a dog will offer you safety, a cat will protect itself

  • Cats are more civilized and smarter than dogs. I've seen my neighbour's dog ate his own shit. eww. For 24 years I lived with cats, they only show their intelligences in hideous and smart ways than dogs. So, saying that dogs obey everything you command is just stating that they do not think, but just follow whatever their owner wants while cats don't. Sorry for my English.

  • CATS aRe SMARTER HERE IS PROOF have you ever seen the vidieo called cat trys to revive dead, well its very sad but if you want proof than you might as well watch it and u never see a dog doing something like that.

  • This cat is very smart! and very nice!

  • I've owned many cats and many dogs. Just as one example, the dumbest of all the dogs learned to use a pet door almost immediately. The "smartest" of all the cats took days, and many never figured it out at all. Again, that's just one example, but it couldn't possibly be more obvious that dogs are FAR smarter than cats. Anybody who thinks otherwise is simply an idiot.

  • @PumpingSmashkins Not because a dog learns quickly that he is smarter . Dogs might be more obedient but cats know what is going on but they simply are more independant and wants things their way not "our" way.. Dogs wants to please, cats do it their way : like purring or caressing ,, anyway we humans tend to anthropomorphize animals : how can we compare 2 different species intelligence in relation to ours? that is too selfish of us to include ourselves in everything!

  • @Veetina There's no evidence that cats do "know what is going on," in fact, all indications are that they simply have no clue. They seem to have an "I don't care" attitude, so people assume they get it but don't care. Strange assumption. They don't get it AND they don't care. Hardly makes them more intelligent. But if they DID get it, and just didn't feel like obeying, that in itself would be evidence of stupidity, because pleasing their owners would be in their best interests--treats, petting

  • @PumpingSmashkins cats dont obey not because they are stupid but because they think they can be independant and live on their own without their owners, in a way their independance make us think they are stupid but they are different from dogs whom their dependance on us make us think they are smarter! some cats obey but most of them have their personality!

  • @PumpingSmashkins

If dogs are smarter than cats then why do dogs shit all over the yard? Dogs shit everywhere, on the grass, in the middle of the lawn, everywhere. Cats by contrast can be potty trained immediately, and bury their shit in a corner of the yard. I've owned cats for years and I've never seen their shit.

  • @mygoatisdead That's instinct, which is a substitute for intelligence, if not the exact opposite. Cats have an instinctive need to bury their shit, and it's a good thing too, because lord knows it would be impossible to train them to only go outside like with dogs. show me a seeing-eye cat, a rescue cat, a police cat, etc.

  • @PumpingSmashkins cats don't know how to use the litter box instinctively..kittens learn from watching their mother do it when they're young.

  • @PumpingSmashkins The only reason your cat didn't do it right away because cats don't take orders from humans..the cat finally went through right? That's because it did it in on its own time, when it wanted to. Not when you told it to.

  • @Starrlabb if he had the slightest glimmer of intelligence, he would have realized that he could have gone and relieved himself immediately rather than having to wait for me to come and open the door. Which, by the way, I purposefully waited several minutes before doing for just that reason. He obviously wasn't being "independent." He just had no freaking clue.

  • What kind of cat is that? Part lynx?

  • smartest cat in the world 10

Check it out !!! OMG !!! Unreal !!!

  • uuh soooo true that cats are 100% smater than a stupid dogs and hey! my cat can do that same thing!Awsome ! is your nutterde or spayed mine is

    nutterded i hate dogs cats rule....dogs drool!XD

  • @thekoolerfire Cats aren't even close to being as intelligent as dogs. Aside from common sense and simple observation, every scientific study on the subject has reached that same, obvious conclusion. The "cats don't do tricks because they don't care" argument is ridiculous. If they really don't care, then that's just stupid, because pleasing their owner would clearly "help them in their lives" with treats, etc. It's far more likely, though, that they just. don't. get it.

  • @PumpingSmashkins Umm did you even watch the video? There is a cat doing tricks. EAT A DICK MATE!

  • @TheRuindragon Wow. Are you really that retarded? Never mind; clearly you are. Were you born that way, or did you have to work at it? That's the more pertinent question. I assume that you think that your pointing out the blatantly obvious actually made some kind of "point." And, in your feeble little brain, I'm quite sure it did. However, to those of us with an IQ > 60, you obviously just embarrassed yourself. Have fun with all that.

  • @PumpingSmashkins Judgmental ignorant tard. My IQ is 142 so eat a dick. Oh here is an example, you are retarded. Cats know how to use pet doors! That's a random delusion brought up impromptu. When a cat is told to go off a table they learn their lesson and learn not to do it. But dogs on the other hand take weeks and need a special trainer just to rid of their disgusting habits. Cats are WAY smarter than dogs. Anything you say against me is completely wrong on all grounds. By the way, blocked.

  • @TheRuindragon lmfao. your IQ is 142 based on some pathetic internet IQ test which amounts to, at a VERY CHARITABLE BEST 100 in real IQ points. The fact that you actually believe that cats are even close to the intelligence of dogs, much less smarter, much MUCH less "way smarter" is all the evidence that's needed to show that your actual IQ is far closer to, hmm, about 12. unfuckingbelievable that ANYbody could POSSIBLY be so profoundly stupid. good luck with all that.

  • Furthermore, every legitimate study ever conducted on the matter has either concluded that dogs are more intelligent or that cats do not cooperate enough to be measured, which in and of itself is inhuman and therefore, logically, a step in the wrong direction. Do you think cats would be domesticable if they were as big and strong as dogs? Shit no. I'd say if you grouped the main animal groups together, primates, dolphins, parrots, pigs, and dogs would be the 'top tiers', cats being negligible.

  • @thekoolerfire Cats' brains are no more similar to ours than dogs'. Less, even. I've surmised that you're fabricating a thought process behind a cat's mysterious ways. Some mistake their cautiousness for intelligence - this is wrong. More dogs get hit by cars than cats, but more humans do as well. A dog can develop tricks to hoodwink you out of your plate of steak. Dogs can understand 200+ words of English(do not believe people who say they can understand more than this though.)

  • @thekoolerfire Brain neurons and brain size do not directly translate to anything. I could list any number of animals with vastly superior 'brain statistics' that are quite clearly dumber than both cats and dogs. Cats don't roll over because they don't understand what's going on. They make decisions in the same way insects do: Pure reaction, no deep thought. Dogs are extraordinarily similar to humans in terms of tendencies and intelligence, which is by far the best measure.

  • @thekoolerfire No, the smartest cat is not on par with a six-year-old human being. That's ludicrous. Cats don't do tricks because they don't understand companionship, pack survival, civilization, etc. It's actually been proven that they don't even understand cause and effect, which is beyond stupid for an animal you're claiming is as smart as a six-year-old. A cat will fall for the same trick an infinite amount of times if it's done the same way each time. Rats are smarter than cats too.

  • @SolidSnakeRules pshhhh whatever!do you own a cat?my gosh.they are smarter than dogs, they just hide it because everybody loves stupid things.like Patrick Star,or Odie the dog,or Bullwinkle the moose, etc.

  • @windt Yes, I do own a cat. No, he's not smarter than my rottweiler. No cat is.

  • every living thing are smart n thier own ways. n every living thing are unique. many can do wat oters cant n can do da same tings. thank u

  • HIDE IT! THEN SEE WHAT WILL HAPPEn! DOGS CAN SMELL IT, DUH!

  • @thekoolerfire

    maniac

  • Yes, cats Are smarter than dogs. :)

  • This is impressive for a cat, but very simple for a dog! Dogs are WAY smarter than cats at problem solving.

  • yeah, its just too bad they arent very great at survival outside of being domesticated B[

  • Neither are humans, but most of them are also smarter than cats.

  • scientific proof shows that cats can maintaine short term memory for 18 hours, dogs memory only last 5 minutes! this is proof

  • @dgunsnfun dude not just finding it being smart my cat SCARED a s foot doggy!
