You don't mention that the size and shape of the vinyl piece can be a factor of success as well. Doing that same design, 2-3 times larger, on the same globe, becomes much trickier unless you have a flexible transfer tape. I personally don't care for the clear transfer tapes. I find I have better results with the high-tack paper transfer tapes (like masking tape). Good vid though. I use fingers only for any curves that get tricky. Also nice to see you doing a dry install. Best results when dry!
