I've beaten the game as Wolverine. I tried with the other characters and failed. But Wolvie is the best character I could think of because his dashing claw enables him to avoid the debris with ease.

Or you can always use the invincible uppercut under magneto trick. works with Psylocke also.

I agree, you would think that of the five playable characters in this game, the one with the metal-infused bones would be the worst one to try to take on the Master of Magnetism. I blame Capcom. At least Colossus isn't in this game. Magneto made him look like a joke the first time they met (X-men #104), but that was a little before my time!

Well doing the Fatal Attraction a team of X men, including Wolverine, was sent to stop Magneto from cutting of earth of its electrical power. When Wolverine stabbed Magneto, he basically got pissed off ripped out Wolverine adamantinum exoskeleton. Its a good arc, pick it up if you can find it

You make a good point, though when Magneto first started the Brotherhood (X-men #4) he did specifically call it "The Brotherhood of Evil Mutants," though I believe this glaring error was later rectified when they realized that he would not consider himself evil. On the other hand, whether he thinks he's good or bad, Magneto is incredibly imperial, and though he wants what's best for mutants, he still wants to rule them and punish those who don't follow him. Then again, it might just be Capcom.

thanos is a bitch, he interrupts your combos and just punches you. and his moves can be cheap as hell if he gets a chance to spam then in multiple spots

Dang nice job thanks for this so it took you three tries so far ive been doing a flawless entire playthrough.Through the entire game.Ive made it so far up too I think mission 6 but ive beaten all the bosses except magneto,once with wolverine though,flawlessly and I even did the apocalypse level flawlessly with wolverine.But yea thanks I really liked the video can you give me a link to an emulater so I can record some gameplay too?

The emulator I used was snes9x, which you should be able to find through a search engine or on an emulator page. It would indeed be impressive to see the entire game played flawlessly. Some of the bosses seem like they would be difficult to avoid damage, namely the Brood Queen and especially Tusk. I look forward to seeing your vids.

Yes it would be nice to see it I might start working on that later today IDK been kinda busy though.But yes the Brood Queen will be a pain but I could manage using psyclops with it flawlessly but getting to it would be hard.Tusk isnt a problem at all I can beat him flawlessly like almost everytime with psylock.but I have issues with apocalypse.Omega red will be easy and probably Juggernaut.But I have issues with magnito so I dont think Ill be able to finish it soon but who knows time will tell.

I'm impressed you have an easy time with Tusk, I've always found him somewhat difficult. With Apocalypse, I'd suggest taking Wolverine. If you play him a couple times, you'll find there's a certain distace you can stay from him, even when he materializes, where it's easy to avoid his attacks. As for Magneto, again, Wolverine is, I believe the key. Good luck if you decide to do it.

I was starting it earlier and did wolverines first mission flawless but then when I played it back it seemed bad quality.I used the AVI recording and the video was blocky and so was the sound so how can I fix this?Or should I just remake the vid?Also would it be a good idea to disable the internet and everything else on the computer so I can just record?

Ok I fixed that but when I tried to start uploading a movie it turns out the movies only 3 min long and like 309mb how do you have you setting so I can lower this alot?

I recorded with a DivX codec, which brought the size down a bit. Still, even with that some of my longer videos were too big. My original Gambit video, for instance, also had the Magneto fight, but it was too big so I had to do it in two videos. I think you'll just have to make a judgement call on where you want to split your videos, and I suggest finding a video-editting program. That might help.

Ok what do you mean by a DivX codec?So did you use the recorder built into the emulator?

Yes, I did. Under File there is an option to Record AVI. I select that, and then a Compressor pull-down menu shows up allowing me to choose several types of video compression. I really don't know much about this stuff, so I just picked one, the one I picked was DivX 5.2.1 Codec. I have no idea if this is the best one or not, but it's worked well enough for me.

aight ill do the same one then what number did you use on it?Like you can go from 0-100 on the compression what did you have it on?

actually, mine didn't give me the option to select a number.  My guess is it's preset in the codec, though it may also be that mine is out of date. I selected a few of the other compressions and one seemed to set it to 85, but that would be a guess at best. You may have to resort to trial and error.
