  • Iraq has improved dramatically, it looks like canada during the 80s.

  • 0:40 HAHAHAHA HE GOT PULLED OVER LMFAO

  • Wow, a cop stepping out into lanes of traffic when they have the green, and that's safe?

  • @17solstice I wiped off the piece of shit before I recorded the video.

  • really $127 CAN, I got it for $56 at canadian tire!

  • @AntiiLama Damn it! Will time never cease?!

  • Do you drive a truck ?

  • @TheStrangeGeneration Damn darn it! How the H-E-double-hockey-sticks did you figure it out? Huh? $#!&!

  • @thinkofwhy

look at my channel, I'm from Germany. Our truks ain't so loud as yours.

  • @thinkofwhy i can hear the shifting *drule*

  • Windows movie maker reduce the quality as soon as you import it into it, also if you convert it to anything besides AVI or DVIX i believe it will kill the quality. I recommend buying diffrent softwares that use HD video like AVSvideo editor 4 it works great, you check out my channel if you wanna see some of the features (effects) i use in my videos from AVS and the HD quality.

  • You don't have to convert, like I wrote previously. Just up load it to YouTube and they will convert it automatically. Then, if you want, you can download it from there to get the converted file.

    Booya!!

  • I have a moviepix camcorder like this, when i bought it the flip out screen was nice and tight like it should be but after 3weeks its really loose now.. is there anyway to tighten back up again?

  • You'll probably sat on it. But I have no idea how to fix it. I would simply buy a new one. They're cheap.

  • You can upload directly to YouTube without any conversion. And you'll have to experiment with the settings to get good quality. You'll figure it out.

  • Lol okay

  • If you insist, Lol.

  • Great quality

  • A woman of impeccable taste, no doubt.

  • is this the 20HDBK? what is the exact model

  • It's the MP5A4.

  • @thinkofwhy thanks for letting me know pal!

  • Great video nice quality, i live in canada and im trying to get the Kodak Zi8 but thats probably only in usa so if that doesnt work im probably going to get this camera, 1 question though does it have a tripod thread?

  • It has a tripod thread.

But be careful when using it because it's cheap plastic and will wear out sooner then later if you're not delicate when screwing it onto a tripod mount. So don't screw it on with too much force. Be gentle with the cheap thing. And ya, the quality is pretty good for the price. Except for the audio when near an EMF source.

  • I have this camera. As you can see the video quality is good, but not that great in the dark, also the menu is kindof "wonky", and photos not the best quality for 8 MP camera, but does ok I suppose. all around i would give this camera 6.5 out of 10 stars (and that's being a little generous)

  • Your videos are not HD.

When I upload mine, without any conversion, they are HD. If you're converting your .mov files, try uploading the raw. mov file, for HD.

  • Was the SUV pulled over for speeding?

  • It was a Hummer, so ya, he was speeding.

  • nice, is that edmonton?

  • Nope. But close. he he.

  • what cam/model is this?

  • Dude? Dude! Dude. DUDE?? dUDE?!

    dude

  • really clear!

  • this is the $120 one right?

  • Ah, ya.

  • What Does It include and What can you do with it ?

  • Forget it. Get the Kodak Zi8.

  • no way

  • it includes:

-hd component cables, regular av cables

    -straps,battey,pouch, cd, instructions, charger.

  • how did u make it HD because i have the same Camcorder

  • You'll have to be more specific.

If you're referring to how to record in HD, you simply go into the settings and change the format to 720p.

If you're referring to YouTube HD, then you'll have to transcode your video file into the proper format for YouTube HD. I used MediaCoder.

  • Is this going into Calgary Ab by any chance?

  • From Edmonton, AB to St. Albert, on St. Albert Trail heading North.

  • Is this the Mercury one? If so I just purchased one and I was wondering if it also took pictures...If it does can you let me know how to!

    thanks!

  • No. But if you purchased it just read the manual. It should indicate whether or not it takes pictures. Most do.

    And, that's a weird question.

  • hey, fuck you buddy

  • and, nice video, I think I will film myself driving, looks like a lot of fun!

  • Not with this pocket camcorder though. As noted in previous comments, there are sound issuuuuuuues. Unless you plan to do a voice over. And fuck you too. :)

  • Can you post a link on where I can buy one of these? I would rather buy it online than go to Walmart.

  • No. Just Google it.

  • Does it have a flash for nighttime photos/vids??

  • No flash.

  • But as I mentioned in my previous comment, this product has audio issues:

    1) Rattling switches make audio unusable when mounted in a moving vehicle (must tape them down).

    2) EMF interference: when used inside a running vehicle the emf from the engine will leave a high pitched hiss in the audio (no solution).

Otherwise, it's a nice cheap HD pocket camcorder. :)

  • thinkofwhy, thanks for the response. I've decided not to get one. These products are poor quality and they haven't figured out the target market yet. They need to make them special in some way because for $230 you can get a 12.1 megapixel Canon PowerShot SD780 point and shoot camera with flawless HD video. When they make these waterproof, indestructable, long record and battery life, flawless video and cheap, I'll get one. Otherwise, why not get a nice digital point and shoot with 720p HD?

  • What the MoviePix HD offers for $130 can't be beat, and I save $100 compared to the PowerShot.

And I could buy another MoviePix HD and record in 3-D, or multi-angle, hee hee. You can't wait for ever for the perfect gadget? Buy it. It's only $130.

  • Absolutely correct!

  • I've been searching for one of these small HD 720p hand held video cameras. So far I've looked at the Flip Video UltraHD. The Flip video MinoHD, The Creative vado HD and the Kodak Zx1. All these HD cameras are running about $200 with the Kodak Zx1 about $60 cheaper. None of these I've mentioned are worth the time. There is something just un-natural about the way the video looks. Dropped frames, slow censors, pixelation when panning. This camera seems to be the most natural I've seen.

  • Cheap gadgets like these usually have one function they excel at, and the rest of the functions are mediocre to pitiful.

The main reason I bought the MoviePix was for the SD memory card slot, so I could store up to 32 GBs of video, and because it has 16:9 720p @ 30 fps.

For $120 it's the best deal I've found. Although I am having issues with the sound when I mount it to my truck. The macro and toggle switches both rattle when driving and must be taped down. And there's an emf issue as well. :(

  • Correct!

  • the quality looks really good. what is the brand of this camera?

  • The brand is in the title: MoviePix. You can get it at WalMart for about $130 CAN.
