I actually agree with you there. Even though I see some have given you thumbs down it is the truth. It is through hardships that we are humbled and find the lord. This is his way, if you are caught up in the world and full of pride it is harder for god to reach you. On the flip side though I have also seen very rich people be saved also, but I don't know if it happened before or after they became rich.
