Set your iron to cotton and not maximum heat. Press down with medium force for a couple of min, then let the board cool. Then irion in one direction only with medium force. You dont have to press hard on the tip of the iron.If you use maximium heat and you press hard on the tip of the iron you will smudge the toner on the board, medium is the key.
I'm just learning about different printing techniques and I don't know what PCB stands for. Yes, I know it is probably something simple but like I said I am new to printing on anything other than paper. I want to know if this actually etches the metal or just puts the image on the metal? Thanks! I gave you a thumbs up, but I still think you need a little more info for those of us that are very new to this. Just a suggestion. Thanks again for the video!
@Kamellya2U A PCB is a printer circuit board. What is shown in this video isn't how you etch the board, it's how to put the resist coating onto the board. The toner protects the copper you want to keep from the etchant.

@exsterenpro Who gives a shit about trolls when you have niggers roaming around. They should be kept as slaves or executed because tolerating the scum has caused global warming.
I bought some photoresistant(although on their website it says universal) sodium metasilicate from maplin (UK) and i was wondering would it work with this method of etching?

It can be much better. Use less pressure. Try shiny paper from some magazine or catalog, less pressure.

I have problems with this. But now i am going to use an expert paper for this job from china.

Never tried it with a transparency. Can you reuse the transparency sheet after you've ironed it?
