Schizophrenia is a biological/genetic disorder as demonstrated by Twin and heritability studies, that produces positive SXS (hallucinations, delusions, thought disorder) and negative SXS (flat affect, etc.) Your tendency to go off on tangents (loose connenctions) is typical of a paranoid schizophrenic, as is your poor emotional regulation. Bipolar is a mood disorder, featuring depression and mania. I don't have the space for therapy and antipsychotic meds
