@gdngothehieu Honestly, you'd have more responses of "HOMM3 IS THE BEST" than HOMM6 b/c 6 has only been out less than a month, and HOMM3 fans are diehards.

I honestly think HOMM3 is a better game in terms of gameplay and sheer awesomeness, but 6 has a broader strategy and gameplay mechanic base as well as better graphics and customability.

Been playing HOMM games for a long time too. Too bad so many people hate anything other than HOMM3, but it is still an awesome game!

@blackbox666 hell yea dude i remember i was still an early teenager or so when i played the complete version of homam iii and i heard this track and i remember it even now hell yea... i even installed homam III complete to play it again... although i gotta say i loved homam V too, and i still think that even though homam iv campaigns sucked for most part, the single scenarios and general gameplay was maybe best in the series, i loved the notion of having mighty heroes, not just armies!

I hope they bring back such appropriate music for Heroes VI... they kind of went downhill with the music, and I'm not quite sure why. I think it has to do with the more modern appeal, and this actually reminds me more of early '90s or even back to the '70s as far as being a theme, but my point is not to do with dates as much as I think that, back then, they put more care into those things and thus at times it came out better

TO be honest this is a game thats worth playing even now , its definetly not easy and is pretty challenging unlike most games from today wich are just FPS's and pretty lame RPG's. This game requires thinking, its rather like Chess more advanced. Add some Epic music, and nice images(and i must say even now that graphs look nice, id say even if not 3d they look better then Homm 5) and you'll definitely like it

Heroes 5 is good in almost every way .. they took the best bits from Homm 3 and 4 and put them together execpt one thing .. (that I want the most) a good storyline ... Homm 4 had 6 interesting storylines and so did Homm : Chronicles... It's the gameplay thats 5/5 ... but story is 1/5
