@sdrfgvrfgvsfravgdsvS Nope, the cars are different, and also the radio stations are different (songs, but not the name of the stations) the graphics are slightly better, and it is also more optimized than gta 4, plays better on my pc than gta 4.

@dvm069 The best sales for games on steam is from December-February Somewhere around there, and also a few days before july 4-july 4. Steam almost always has some kind of sale, not to many games that I would want to play though! Boarderlands, $10.19 now on steam + tax!

Steam= less worries, no physical media!, easily reinstall (online connection and steam required)

From the store= more worried, extra content as shown in video, can't reinstall without disc

Sorry I did not answer your question, but I hope this helps you decide what is best, I personally prefer buying games from the store, but steam is much cheaper here and there with there nice sales.

Steam: no need to insert disc (digital download), unlimited installs, must log into account and open steam before playing, can redownload and install game throw steam. Automatic updates. No worries about loosing anything!!! Only thing I ever get worried about (what if steam goes out of buissness in the future!!!

from store: unlimited installs, can't redownload or reinstall, or play game if disc is damaged, or lost, disc must be in drive while playing.

oh right this time u don't have to use the product key anymore for pc games u just need discs now that tight some new improvence man it sucked my friend got an old ass game he needed to use the product key it took forever for him to download in the disc it is much better faster too well new improvence new stuff i guest

wich cam do you use to record your games ?

@davemirra145 I use FRAPS, it is a free program, but if you pay you get more features. You can still record games, but at 30fps, no higher. So free edition is good enough!!!

@davemirra145 I use "Cyberlink Power director" to convert and combine the videos, and takes quite a while to convert, since they come out to about 600-800mb (720p) for a 10min video, almost 2gb @ 1080p. which is why I only record @ 720p, it comes out excellent, and takes less time to upload. I think this one was converted again with pspvideo9, to make it smaller (100-200mb) still looks good, but the audio gets slightly screwed up, but worth it!

@Bondsakakevon You need more video ram on your video card (other words get a new video card) should have more ram, and the cpu is "ok" for the game!

@Bondsakakevon The thing is that you will only utilize 128mb per card (since one of them are only 128mb) and 1 more gb of ram is enough, but what are the specs of the ram (ex: ddr, ddr2, ddr3, bus speed, etc). You need to get a whole new video card. Such as a 4870 512mb, or 9800gtx.

@Bondsakakevon If you get a "badass" graphics card, then you will need more power, having to possibly get a new power supply, to supply the power. It cost about $40-80 for what is needed for now to a few years from now. But otherwise what you said works + buying a power supply 550 watts or more.

For me it took me some time to get used to the controls of gta iv (has same controls as this game) but then again that was when I was playing pc games for only 6 months of my life. I used to play console games for many years!So for a pc gamer or console gamer this works nicely ,you have xbox 360 gamepad support (any 360 wired controller)(wireless,but you need to look for the one that upports pc and 360) and keyboard and mouse!!!

But without that info, I would say get a better video card (4870, best value ($125-150) a new cpu (q6000 series or q9000 series ($100-200) and a $50 powersupply, 2 extra gb of ram ($25-50). For about $350-400, you can upgrade your computer to play games very nicely,a lot of money,but will play future games, and be better than a $800 computer you would find in stores,assuming ur motherboard is compatible with the hardware

I'm sorry my friend i am a man to play this game offline too because i hate steam i have it but one day will have no chance to buy internet because the crisis will never stops but i will buy the game i'm from portugal and i have all GTA Games originals because i Love GTA an PES for me is the Best games ever and lately i play Batman and Metro 2033 and i say is great try to play my friend ;).
