  • I simply cannot wait to see the National Treasures show in London next month. This is a definite stand out track for me.

  • this is beautiful! totally stunning

  • .

Remember Christians, the will of God is no Catholic, Protestant,Orthodox, Penticostal, Adventist, JW, Mormon Etc. NO DIVISION, Only Christians, holy, helping and sharing instead of buying and selling.

"That they all may be one; as thou, Father, art in me, and I in thee, that they also may be one in us: that the world may believe that thou hast sent me." (John 17:9-21)

    .

  • Why this guy is not considered a legend yet is beyond me. He has it all - he can REALLY play, he can sing, his songs are incredible and he can put on a show. I know the Manics are more than a one-man show, but seriously JDB is a phenomenon. I can think of nobody in the last decade with his talent.

  • i totally agree, well said!

  • @tassiered Spot on. Can't put it any better than that. He IS a legend to those in the know.

  • no doubt that JDB has amazing talent.

he's come along way from being a young, politically charged man. he's now a mellowed out guy. who loves playing his music. As you can see by this performance.

    stay beautiful x

  • What year is this from? Jimmy looks kinda young and skinny. :)

  • Genius. Sounds great both as a duet, and stripped down with James.

  • CULTURE ALIENATION BOREDOM and DESPAIR

  • What a beautifull song

  • you can hear how much his voice has developed if you listen to the recording of motown junk, where he is more shouty. A guess thats punk though.

  • any song with the lyric "I laughed when lennon got shot" is punk.

  • What a fucking voice..

  • can u cut off the first 12 seconds please?

  • Does anybody know where to get the acoustic version James did on the Steve Wright Radio 1 show circa 1992?

  • JAMES! You rock! :D and Rule! :D

this is better than the original, but the original is great too! this reminds me of rich! :D

  • <3 <3 ^.^

  • I just came too. Not because of this video, Im a chronic masturbator.

  • so poetic and beautiful xXxXxxx james, you rule and this always brings a tear to my eye and makes me smile! :D

  • this is so beautiful Xx words cannot describe it.. oh, how i love to listen to this and watch him play.. James, if your reading this right now.. you are amazing Xx

  • this is beautiful, brings a tear to your eye, i love acoustic james!

  • I just cummed everywhere.

  • And me, But not because of this video. Im a chronic masturbator.

  • amazing is all i can say

  • When is this from? It looks pretty recent.

  • That is beautiful, the manics became so terrible after Richie left its just nice to hear a song that was written when they were a proper band rather than a money making AOR machine.

  • Since when were they that?!

  • hey, remind me how many brits they won post richey dissaperence. They became different, but in a good way

  • I HATE THE BRITS!..

    Biggest cuntfest going..

Made me feel ill seeing all those celebs suddenly becoming Manic fans in 96, where were they all in the GT GATS and THB era?...

  • what r u goin onn bout

  • and we hate you.

  • I believe Manic Street Preachers are british to start of with!!!!

  • The Manics have always got soul and dignity -- such a great band..

  • I think youve got it the wrong way round:

    a)they have always been great,

b)they id they just wanted to sell 1 million records, live in a house of money etc before Richeys disappearence (they really said that!)

  • I prefer hearing them these days, excellent live performances by JDB, but i prefered LISTENING to them when Richie was about

  • Saw him play 'Yes' acoustic at Manchester last May, that was just amazing too. He truly is god's gift to Wales, and anyone who has ears.

  • something about james when he is with an acoustic, last christmas is also great

  • he should play the original intro though

  • amazing,

thats the only word i can use to describe this.

  • brings out the lyrical depth a bit better

  • Some of the Acoustic versions JDB does are better than the originals - I think this is one of them. Sometimes its easy to forget he has one the best voices in rock. I dont really rate his solo stuff though - he certainly isnt a lyricist.

  • James started off just busking. Nicky helps with some great lyrics so I guess the others have their uses.

  • brilliant version of a clasic song love it

  • JDB *drools*

  • haha any thing by james rocks my little world :)

  • perfect song

  • what a talent, so underrated. he has an amazing voice and is such a good guitarist. maybe when the manics call it a day, people will start to realise how good they are?

  • This version's so so much better...sort of unsettlingly sweet.

  • Fantástica. Voz maravillosa. Forever James

  • far better than original i think

  • Fantastic!

  • top class. even better than the album version

  • He has a quality voice- but I do love Traci Lords' voice cutting in.

  • Sends shivers down my spine, what a voice that man has!

  • Pure Genius

  • Fab accoustic version!! Had this on 'audio' for ages fantastic to see it live.

  • James Dean Bradfield is a god!!

    the Greek spartan

  • He is a voice of magic and quality....

    -the greek spartan

  • very nice!

  • I like this version better, good job Bradfield.

  • I like that version better, good job Bradfield.

  • Fantastic performance! top song!

  • why is everyone saying that its crap, its just another version, its all good. its a fantastic and beautiful song whatever way he/the manics play it. it is missing traci lords though. LONG LIVE THE MANIC STREET PREACHERS

  • I agree :)

  • He has a great voice. That's for sure.

  • well i remember this episode the libertines where also on, i think it was 02/03ish...

  • Hmm, not bad, not bad.

Prefer the manic's version though. :)

  • I've never aseen this before, it's good. When is it from? Looking at James I would estimate around 2002?

  • adore the song but...that was sort of rubbish

  • I love this version of Little Baby Nothing. I think James doing it just on acoustic guitar makes it even better than the original. He puts so much more emotion into it. Fantastic. I've been listening to this constantly for over an hour. It makes me cry. It's that good.

  • that's just really weird...he needs the rest of the band for that one...
