I have a bad reaction to chia seeds but I know this tastes way better taste than using flax seeds. Thanks for sharing. Is there any other raw binder besides flax and chia?
lots of lettuce, VERY thin sliced tomatoe, homemade ketchup, homemade pickles; those are my standards. Now depending on what flavor "burger" im eating, i might add a creamy avocado cucumber sauce, some homemade bbq sauce, fresh thin sliced cucumbers.
I mean the possibilites are endless, could never list them all =p
How to motivate yourself to eat healthy: Buy a McDonalds cheeseburger, leave it in the wrapper, put it in an airtight container so it doesn't smell, and take it with you wherever you go. As the urges to eat unhealthy get worse, so does the state of the cheeseburger. Promise yourself that if you eat something against your diet, you'll eat the cheeseburger too. Might be a little extreme but it works!
pickles and onions and any fatty sauce.. But I don't eat it a lot, I haven't tryed raw burgers, and the vegan ones I have had a few times, but they are extremely unhealthy as well as taste a lot like burger meat you get at mcdonalds...
you guys always look like you just finished having sex before you make videos.

I add the usual suspects of tomato, cucumber, lettuce, but a veggie burger is never complete without sauteed mushrooms and onion.
