@AllyofKrypton Actually it will only be damn gross and difficult the first time you try it. It took me 2 hours to insert my lens for the first time. However, removing is really easy. done within seconds. :)

First relax your eye don't try to hold it open like forcing it open then spread the eye kids apart still being relaxed the either put contact in middle of eye or the side the slide it to the middle

And i took one off and i cant take off the other one...and then the doctor took them off for me....

@cheesey12354 actually my first time getting it off is a bit hard but it is way easier than putting them on for a first timer. its actually pretty this is how i do it:

1. use ur index and middle finger to open ur eyes wide

2. look up (but make sure ur lens and ur cornea is still visible)

3. us ur other hand, gently slide the contact lens down ( i had fun doing this xD)

4. and "grab" it

@flclover4 i wore contacts today and it took me 10 secs to put them on and 5 secs to remove them lol. this is how i did it: I pulled the side of my eye outwards (away from nose), looked downwards and blinked and it just fell out! I didnt even have to touch my eye! :P u should try it maybe its easier for u :)

I use my index finger and my thumb on the same hand to "pinch" it out.

u can just squeeze ur top lid and lower lid together on ur eye and it will pop rite out

u should try to use both of your index finger to push the contact lens out. when i first got my lens, i found this way the most difficult way

if you just put your index finger first on it, then move it to the side a bit, with your thumb on the tip of the contact, it will bunch up, then you can remove it

Easier way - Open your eye, then with the same hand ove it to the bottom of your eye, then get it with your other hand ;)

here's what you should do to do it faster than in 2 god damn minutes xD: just try to open you eyes more. especially at the bottom. when ever you try to pinch your contact, you let go of the skin under your eye!

and dont try to use your left hand 2 times in a row. when you're moving on to your right eye, use your left hand, its much easier this way.

Lol. That looks so familiar! I was exactly the same way. If it's still difficult (this is a year later?), you could try using rewetting drops ten minutes before removal. That makes it far, far easier for me. I also move the lens slightly toward the bottom of my eye, as someone said.

It looks so easy, and you feel like you're missing something, but when you try it, yeah, it can be really hard. <:)

This is the way my doctor taught me but the other ways where you just slide it, scares me. Touching my eye scares me completely though. I just got contacts yesterday...does it get easier?

u shud slide the contact down a bit towards the bottom of ur eye then pinch. its easier and you wont be afraid of hurting yourself.

I look away and move the lense to the other corner of the eye, before removing them.. this way there's less chance to hurt myself :)
