What amazing strength and flexibility you have, thanks so much for sharing your video. It is clearly based in hard work. I love what you have to say about the hard work involved in these skills. Even with a naturally flexible body there is so much strength involved and balancing strength withh flexibility is a huge challenge.
Are you saying that you started 2 years ago ? ! ? because your flexibility is awsome for a male at your age. I'm not saying that your old but seldom such fitness is to be found at this age.
No. I am saying it took two years of over split training to make my splits look the way they do now.I have been training for twenty years. Thanks for the comments.
It's not natural, I had to make it. It took many years of training, first learning staddle splits all the way down to the ground then over splits, every day for 2 years. Also pressing up into handstand, opening/closing legs, trying to lock out and hyperextend while in straddle during handstand, has really helped.

How did you get such an amazing free straddle? Natural? Or mega-oversplit practice?
