  • i hope you put that out side of your house, Holly hell thats loud!

  • hehe, good job dude, they cool down a box!! <:D Nothing ellse...

  • your ps3 is cold now

  • it sounds like a minigun in Call of duty :)

  • you relise that putting that lid on top is stoping air from getting in so really your not pushing much air at all

  • It'd hurt to get your fingers stuck in der...

  • wow.....this vid blows :P

  • Note to self:

House still is to cold. Go to HVAC company and get heating unit house squirrel fan.

Hook into house unit. Home should be toasty and warm from now on.

Unit will be a hundred times quieter and move more air.

Also need a simple solenoid switch to turn on fan 110v supply.

  • Zero gravity here we go

  • those fans are way too week. you should get an upgrade XD

  • Houston, we have lift off! XD

  • What! What did you said??? Can't quite hear ya!

  • lol a hovercraft :O

  • I wanna throw a marble in there and see how it bounces around.

  • Now your PC it's a realy Helicopter :))

  • There is no doubt you have done an awesome job putting this together! but why did you use the SR series radiator designed for low speed fans and not the GTX that are made for high speed fans???

    from the the HardwareLabs site

The Black Ice® SR1-480 is built for the hardcore PC case modder aiming for that balance between acoustics and thermal performance. The Silent Rev platform on which the monolithic SR1-480 is based on, offers superior sub-1000rpm fan operation performance

  • @jack1574 That's some very good info there, thank you. I didn't have a choice in the fans or the radiators as I was just asked to build the baffle box for the computer. Good stuff to remember in the future though.

  • THis is when the CPU gets ripped from its socket and goes flying through the ceiling.

  • MONSTER NOISE

  • LOL are you need to freeze a nuclear plant?

  • Thought the point of water cooling was to eliminate some of the noise?

  • @cgountanis Usually, water cooling transfers the source of the noise to some place else. Either way fans are usually involved but one is right at the source of the heat (cpu, gpu, etc.) while with water cooling the fans are farther away from the source at the radiators. So either way you have noise. The point of the baffle box was to tame that noise!

  • That thing you put on top is going to cause a lot of strain on the fans.

  • hey man how much you paid for these coolers I think I'll do the same hehehe it cools the processor of the machine I'm from Brazil more I love your parents interresante I found this video and it worth buying these models of cooler delta

  • @jhaggy88 moer like a pentium4 at 11GHz....

  • trow something in :D

  • This is the stock cooler the Prescott Pentium 4 needed.

  • What model of Delta fans?

  • imagine there is a Pentium at 1.8 Ghz underneath =)

  • Delta squad ready for take off!

  • operation delta, ou are a GO!

  • Why do all this? Does it actually run significantly cooler than if you were using ordinary case fans?

  • i have an imac

  • what model fans are these?

    many thanks

  • @kamikamiohhh Delat PFC1212DE (252 CFM at 2 PSI.)

  • It sounds like a jet plane to go away! xD

  • This is AWESOME, so your pc is working faster now?

  • Extra 200 Watt power supply? I don't think you will need anything above 200 Watts to drive all those unless they are drawing above 1.3amps each. Ohms law is your friend.

  • @TickyTack23 It has nothing to do with "ohms law"

It's drawing power and that's it, each fan would be about 30-50 watts each, delta fans don't fuck around.

  • Delta One, Two, you are cleared for take off...

  • "whut-wh-wh-whut u sayin ?!?!"

  • "ready for takeoff" i was sooooo waiting for that line

  • first i was thinking to make one but now i have changed my opinion they make so much of noise i can't do my work

  • Oh noes.. its still overheating :(

  • ready for take off :D

  • meh, quieter than an xbox.

  • loudest fans i have ever heard

  • The performance does not justify the electricity bill.

  • It costs £400,000 to run this computer.

  • flight 678 ready for take off

  • sounds like my calculator

  • Dear Santa...

  • @jezreelg

go ahead. cool your cpu and gpu with heatpipes...

  • u building a computer ?

  • @OTANESS Yes, I was helping build a custom computer.

  • @MansellRa lol does he mind about the noise those fans are loud ?

also how much do they retail price for 1 delta fan

  • noisy shit

  • r u deaf? or close to deafness? if not u r just not a very bright man )

  • @MrSoskok The idea of the Baffle Box is being able to not have all that noise!

  • This computer will sick with this monster fan !!!

  • It won't cool an AMD CPU ;)

  • @BitCrusherGames my amd idels runs at 52deg maxed out on 4.1ghz

  • IN THE SUMMER IT'S A VERY COOL FAN

  • damn i thought my 480 rad with 4 ap29,s was bad this is epic

  • Are you gonna use this as an airplane engine or something?

  • is that pulling something like 24 amps?

  • congradulations, you have made a helicopter....or should i say...rofl copter

    YYYYYYYYYYYYYYEAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH

  • That would cause some serious air flow, but ungodly loud.

  • @PCSpartanTech The idea is lots of airflow without the sound. The sound dampening foam absorbs a lot of the sound and then the baffles effectively move the fans farther away from the user.

  • Comment removed

  • cool mince maker, now climb in!!!

  • It would be a good prank video if he opens the case and said. "Here is the beast that these fans cool, an Intel Atom running at 1ghz, yeah baby!" LMAO

  • @jhaggy88 That would be funny. :)

  • @jhaggy88 HAHAHA I totally just LAWLED at that since I thought about the same thing haha

  • Are those fans blowing air through radiators? Or are they just there..?

  • @NUUclearprotein Yes, they are blowing air through three radiators.

  • @MansellRa Do they really have to start one by one or can you start then all at the same time? ????

  • @marcvie9 These fans draw a lot of amps (3.75amps/fan or 45watts) and I was concerned about drawing 540 watts at once while I was still testing the setup.

  • put ur penis in there

  • PONELE DOS ALAS SEGURO QUE LLEGA HASTA MARTE xd

  • DIY Hovercraft time!!!

  • PUT YOUR FINGER IN IT XD

  • What's the purpose of this?

  • Dear Santa...

  • how do you think to use that with that kin dof noice

  • Stick your finger in there :D

  • Seems like Aeroplane engine

  • What is the model of this delta fans ?

  • and I tought my computer was noisy...

  • NASA's new wind tunnel

  • My 480GTX card sounds like that under load!

All those fans might cool it down 1-2degrees if I'm lucky. ;)

  • What if your cat fell in?

  • Its a god damn jet engine!

  • are there 4 360 radiators under it or what are you doing with them?

  • @cityracer214 it says 3 in the description

  • Your Windows is goin to freeze.

  • Sounds like Boeing 737 at start up

  • They'd be good to grow some weed

  • @robotec0007 yes, yes it will blend, stick your finger in it and test it :P

  • are you cooling a engine or something XD

  • *kutish* Hjuston, wee are ready for take off, in 5, 4 , 3, 2 and wee have a blast off.

  • Hang on..You just covered the fans up. I'm sure your supposed to leave them open so that they can draw in lots of air?

  • @DidntKnowWhatToPut1 thats a air filter

  • @DidntKnowWhatToPut1 The fans aren't covered up as much as the air to them is being routed through a front air intake, a couple baffles and then out the bottom through another baffle and exhaust.

  • @MansellRa it's murdered the performance though by killing the airflow.

  • @DidntKnowWhatToPut1 It has a baffle to dampen sound it's still pulling plenty are from the intake ..kinda works like how a shop vac with a blower outlet works , air into a confined chamber causes a vortex until it reaches the exhaust port .

  • Sonic Boom Baby!

  • Will it blend?

  • What are you cooling?! A nuclear reactor?!

  • now you know what to use in a heat wave :P

  • why do you have them in a box? is it for a home-server?

  • this must be how they make military jets!!!

  • it sounds like windows 95 loading the internet

  • I found were hurricane irene came from

  • What's the fourth fan in each row covering if it's a 360 radiator?

  • @MrChronologist My bad. I should have put 480 radiator. I'll change the description. Thanks for pointing that out!

  • @MansellRa dude where did you get the fans

  • 120mm?

  • Now all you need to do is strap it to a backpack and you got a jetpack!

  • Put the outside fans at an angle facing inward, and I wonder how long you could keep a ping pong ball afloat when positioned well.

  • you are thinking wattage power... not air flow ... it is not as you might think....

    Thom in Scotland.

  • So you use this as your house air condition right? :)

  • i would hate to have all those sitting next to me when im gaming. geeez. can you say loud?!

  • Wow! You could actually make a vacuum cleaner this way!!

  • @mclmatty this is water cooling he has three radiators underneath read description

  • sounds like when when hurricanes pass by

  • or you could use watercooling

  • the most power consuming CPU cooler.

  • What temps does it get you?

  • hey men can you make a video about how to build this thing and what u need to buy

  • does that comes with a safety ear mufflers?

  • Toll. Für den Lärmpegel verzichte ich lieber auf Wasserkühlung und hab lieber 2 Lüfter drin die aber im UltraNoise Bereich arbeiten.

    Fazit:

    Schrott

  • Delta Airlines?

  • pretty cool

what kind of Power where you using before the exra? figure a 1000+ you be fine

  • HOVERBORD!

  • man those are so silent :/

  • Did your aircraft ever make it airborne?

  • If you add 1 more you would create a space-time vortex!

  • i dare u put ur fingers in this shitbox! :P

  • Don't lick it.

  • that is the single loudest fucking thing i have ever heard...

  • I thought these are like 13 watts a piece, so 260 for them all....why such a large PSU? should have got a gold rated 400 or 500 PSU for better power conversion.

  • @snedie69er They are 45 watts a piece (they can actually consume a little more than that, but the controller is limited to 45watts per channel), so 540 watts for them all.

  • @MansellRa

    What's all this for anyways?

  • @snedie69er In my country 13*12=156...

  • @Puzzicanello

In My country we allow for the power usage taken to start the device, not just the running load.

  • @snedie69er Ah ok :D

  • What is the peak power draw when turning all the fans at once?

  • @karlsruheprotestful Don't know, but that is one of the reasons why I turned them on one at a time (besides the cool sound effect! :) .

  • @karlsruheprotestful - these are delta PFB1212UHE spinning at 5500rpm, pushing out 252cfm, drawing 4 amps at 12 volts so it's 48 watts per piece what is really just mindblowing ;D

    all fans together are 576W, 48A @ 12V, moving 3024cfm x'DD

  • the mafia uses that computer to chop up dead bodied =P

  • now i can put one xeon i9 (ps3 processor) without a heat sink and play tetris

    XXXDDDD

  • MAN .. FUCK FRUIT NINJA!!.. JUST CHUCK YOUR FRUIT IN HERE!! Juice anyone?

  • BEAST!! :D

  • Why are they making so much noice... It's lame

  • Holy SXXT.....LOUD!

  • is that what they use for the airplanes?

  • may aswell use nitrogen cooling system ;)

  • u should be glad u don't live in the arctic because one of these would happen A) your house would blow away and you would freeze to death B) you would turn your heater on full blast, it would break and you would freeze to death

  • no wonder your radiators weren't getting cooled. you put them in a wooden box.

  • Don't worry guys he's building a tethered hovercraft!

  • dude, withous reading video name, i d quess your building an hoovercraft 0.o

  • Are you trying to stop global warming?

  • Lol someone's reaction was cute. XD

  • looks like starting turbofan engines on a plane

  • sounds like my bmw 320i on the autobahn ......

  • @MrCGangsta I wouldn't mind being on the autobahn in a 320i!

  • @MrCGangsta You should bring it to the garage.. .if it sounds like that:D

  • Could you speak up a little bit... I can't hear your voice over the boeing 747 taking off in your room. lawl

  • really quiet too.. would be great for sleeping or relaxing next too.

  • what brand are those?

  • I just want to get one just for shits and giggles.

But damn! Do you fly for free? xD
