If everyone demanded a jury trial for every "infraction", the judicial system would soon be so overwhelmed nobody could EVER get a "speedy"trial, and they would soon be forced to drop charges against all those backed up cases. Who wants to go first?

Glad how pharmaceutical abuse has been brought up at the end here. The statistics are outrageous on how many kids are being put on Ritalin and other psychiatric drugs as a form of chemical control. Since it's part of the massive pharmaceutical money making machine, it's not questioned, people just accept it. People assume that since something is legal and is part of the system, that it's ok and safe. And then we have the flipside, people assume that since a herb is illegal, it must be justified.
