I have seen this video before, it was of a Russian warehouse, the driver of the forklift was not properly trained on how to operate obviously. I read somewhere that it was a warehouse for vodka and specially aged cognac. Yes the shelving looks to be substandard... If done properly , and over designed and built, it should have been able to take the force of the forklift impact with out taking down all of the shelving.
